Jason Kidd to the Lakers in a 3-way deal.

Jason Kidd and Malik Allen to the Lakers.
Jason Collins, Bostjan Nachbar, cash, a future protected first, and Marcus Williams to the Warriors.

Kwame Brown, Chris Mihm, 2 firsts, and Javaris Crittenton to the Nets from the Lakers.

Trade exception to the Nets from the Warriors.

This trade gives the Lakers their point guard and a backup big. It gives the Warriors some nice players who will fit their system. But most importantly, it gives the Nets a nice young combo guard and hell of a lot of cap space. They would have enough room to sign Gilbert Arenas in the offseason, and the package of working next to Vince and RJ, and playing in Brooklyn in the near future would be enough to entice him to leave DC.
