Just wondering if he would likely play during the next Nets game, and if not, when is he likely to come back???

He was suppose to be back after the AS break. He had an ankle injury.

I read from the Mav's fans and media that he was set to return against Hornets on Wednesday. If this thing happens he will probably play against the Bulls.

Yup, he was on schedule with his return, was walking normally outside of the boot he was given.

No rush at this point! I want him at 100% and have time to study the plays. Especially with Frank he will wind up have 5 miuntes a night.
The "Turnpike" deserve a NBA championship!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure picking up the offense won't be too hard for Harris. It doesn't take a genius to stand over in a corner and watch the ball being passed around pointlessly until there are 3 secs left on the shot clock, only to see Vince Carter and RJ jack up horrible shots

In all seriousness, i hope Frank now abandons this current "offense" and goes back to Carter being #1 option on offense and work from there. Let RJ play off of Vince.

HAHA. Weren't you shocked to read that Swift had to learn 100+ plays. I LMAO when I saw that. 100+ plays !?!? I guess were saving 90 plays if we make the playoffs....!

If VC stays I do like a VC oriented offense now since he is the defacto best passer on the team BUT I want to see what Harris can do first. If this kid is real and can cut up defenses ala Tony Parker then we can finally have some drive & kick situations if his passing is any good and w/ Boone/SWat/VC/RJ accepting those dishes off collapsing & rotating defenses it may be good. If Harris isn't what he's billed as this team is in huge trouble and it's better to shop VC/RJ around in the off-season.

I think Harris should be called upon to attack the hoop like we have seen from him in Dallas, that will be our bread and butter along with VC drawing the defenses and making the correct play, but just imagine Harris breaking the d down and kicking out to a wide open Curly? the intangibles, lmao, that Harris will bring has me thinking of so many possibilities for this team, especially if we can get Mike Miller.

And yes I was shocked to learn that the Nets playbook has over 100 plays, you'd think 8th grade AAU play books wouldn't have that many!
Out of 100, i think they have run 3 all season. Some tree huggers would be very upset to learn how the Nets organization loves to waste paper!

thanks guys, I really like this trade, and I really like the fact that he can actually score with a descent fg % , 48% is wicked. We just need one more player, like a mike miller, than can actually hit open shots (basically what Boki and Wright and even RJ sometimes can't do). Let's go NETS!! I hope Thorn and Frank gives this lineup a chance. We are still in the thick of things. And our front court has some depth to it!
