Sean was ballin' for real in the Rookie/Sophomore game. He was the only one playing defense & trying to block anything near the rim and that might have annoyed some people. He has a peculiar sense of humour (didn't he have that vid jokingly calling RJ and ahole...). Good times.

no posts about Kidd at the skills competition. It was just a classic Kidd performance, spot on with the passes, brick layer w/ the shooting. Luckily his son & Wade took the spotlight (edit: off his performance.

I agree with those of you rational people who said it was all in fun.

Williams dunk was great, as would Roy's had been if Williams didn't foul him.

Hopefully or rookies next year for the Blazers will have more success than the rookies of recent years have had. Horford at center against Oden should be humorous.

Horford and Oden would be on the same team... they will both be sophomores.

No they won't actually. As long as Oden doesn't play a minute this season (which he isn't going to) then he will be considered a rookie next season. He will be, for all intents and purposes, a rookie. He would be able to win ROY, as well as compete in the rookie game. This came down from the Blazers website several times. Oden himself mentions it in his blog on yardbarker too.

Greg Oden will be considered a rookie next season?

Christ...with the way that fellow looks, i'd have mistaken him for a 15 year grizzled veteran. Emphasis on the word 'grizzled'.

Man that's harsh. He doesn't look a day over a 12 year vet IMO.

He's a funny kid. The only way to really know how youthful he is, is to listen to him. He's funny as heck.
