I don't know would he be as comfortable as he is in Detroit ? If not will he cause problems ? Even if not isn't he too far over the hill ?
Too many questionmarks and even without them Sheed's going to be 34 how much has he left and wouldn't the #10 not better in the long run since Sheed alone doesn't push us over the hill ?
I really don't like the idea a 34 old Sheed isn't making us a contender and that would be the only reason to trade for him .

If your talkin about the sheed that played one game for hotlanta then was available? I say yes. But that was four years ago champ!!!!!!!!
Right now I say no way!!!! If the pistons were keen to off load him then that's a different story. I would offer the 40th pick but i would need RIP just to even things up a little.

I might be alone here but I would definately do it.
Look guys its time to face fact's there's a great chance Nenad will never return to form getting a top 6 PF which also happens to be an expiring contract that puts us in a win win situation after such a trade is a taker as far as Im conserned.
Granted loosing the 10th pick might be hard but maybe Thorn can get them to take the 21st pick instead and either way 14m in expiring is really in the end more valueable than a draft pick imo.

Honestly, we all agree changes are in need for our organization...but that change is not spelled R-A-S-H-E-E-D

maybe a few years ago, not really interested in Sheed now...plus, dude looks disinterested half the time, and on this team we already have enough players that go out there not giving a crap what happens

#21 pick and some fillers to aquire rasheed since i doubt alot of teams are going to give up much for him.
i still think hes more valuable than jermaine oneal, and hes cheaper plus we get 2 keep RJ with him.

I was reading that Dumars wants to get back to being more defensive minded. If RJ isn't in the deal, only things we can really offer are some combination of Stro, Hassell, or KVH and maybe Boone. They won't want Marcus and I'm not giving up either pick for a guy Sheed's age.
