maybe a buyout...I doubt the Nets swallow this year's salary on Stro...you either pay him in full and let him ride the bench or cut a deal so he can play elsewhere this year...Nets might actually like to hold onto him for insurance purposes this year (ya never know)...its duly noted where he falls as far as the majority of fans here...obviousy he's getting paid more than he deserves with this team, but I dont mind him hangin around this year...(could be worse...)

I'd hold on to him as long as the trade deadline. Then I'd cut him. Cut him, let him expire...I'll be fine either way.

I would love to trade Swift for Sean May then waive the f right out of Sean May. It'd be a nice money saving move for the Nets and a typical Bobcats move for the Bobcats.

^^^^ haha that'd be hilarious. I live in NC and it's hilarious about how many people down here are still so damn high on Sean May. I got in an argument after the Yi trade and draft that May was better than every big guy on our roster...I just laughed in amazement. If Stro and May made the same amount of money...I'd rather just have Stro. He looks better in a suit.

I honestly think if we move him, it's gonna be for another expiring but possibly someone who could help us or maybe one that has a smaller expiring or someone with a lower buyout. That way, we'd save some cash right off the bat and use that freed up money to buy out Ager. It's all same in the end but it gives us some slight roster flexibility.
