Contrary to your belief, Swift hasn't and never will shoot 100% (His highest season was 52% in an injury season).
Why do you think that Williams' defense is better than Swift's?
Based out on hustle alone, Williams wins. He's more athletic and doesn't let his man go by him as much as Swift. Both fall to mental lapses on both ends, but Williams not as much as Swift, which is sad considering Williams is only in his second year. As far as shot blocking goes, Sean Will's timing blocked shots will get better and his presence alone in the paint disrupts guards trying to drive it in for the easy shot.
As for Swift's arsenal, he's showed he can handle with either hand, he can shoot hook shots, step-back jumpers, fadeaway jumpers, and face-up medium range jumpers. And obviously he can finish around the rim.
In terms of offensive arsenal, I think on the Nets roster only Yi comes close among the Nets big men.
Once again, he suffers from mental lapses on both ends. Has no sign of hitting jumpers in the block or from a kickout consistently. Has no sign of doing any of those things you mentioned above CONSISTENTLY. He can't even do the little things Collins did well like box out well or set those picks. I'd rather invest more time in the young bigs than him. Hell, Lopez's two years in college and Summer Leagues have impressed me more than Swift's entire NBA tenure and that's including your highlight show.
