Where is CDR?

Post#1 » by ChampionRed » Tue Dec 9, 2008 6:16 pm

Is he still recovering from his MCL tear? I thought they said he would be back in a month but I haven't heard anything in the news about him returning or recovering. Anyone have any updates for me? Thanks!

I thought it was just a sprained knee and not an MCL tear. Regardless, I'm pretty sure he's practicing now. I could have sworn he played a game or two ago.

Good call, I just checked the box scores over the past 3 games and he indeed played against the Wizards but was a Coach's decision vs. the Wolves and the Sixers. I really hope Frank gives him a chance to prove he's a rotation player. He should be playing the blow out wins and losses to get his feet wet again so he can start to gradually move into the roation.

Hence the reason he should have gotten at least 10 minutes in the win against Minny.

Opester, what are you doing?

That could also be true. He could have played the 9 minutes against Washington and then decide that he wasn't quite ready to go. Either way, when he is ready I really hope Frank plays him because he can play at both guard positions and provide a lot of energy on both ends of the floor.

They're gonna work him back in slowly and it doesn't help him that were playin well with the rotation we got now. He'll get his shot again.
