I don't mind D-wade getting all those calls against him but they didn't call it on the Nets side. Sure we shot one less free throw then miami but when it came down to the final minutes of the 4th Wade got every call and the Nets got nothing. You can't argue that. Heat fans can't argue or deny that. And you shouldn't because you should be happy that it's favoring you guys. I was at the game sitting courtside and I saw Brook Lopez getting hacked every single time he scored except for the alley-oop and he didn't get one free throw. A lot of Nets were in my opinion fouled in the 4th quarter but they didn't call anything. I'm not blaming wade because he made some incredible shots, but these refs were really terrible tonight on the Nets side. Even the heat fans in front of me said in the third quarter, "Nice, they're starting early tonight with the free throws for wade. That's a good sign." Heat fans expect it. They know it happens. MY point is that whenever another fan calls wade "D-whistle" or whatever, just accept it heat fans, you can't change our minds. With the calls comes the hate and criticism. Just take it and stop trying to prove your point because it's not gonna change anyone's minds. The fact is that the refs call a lot of things in Wade's favor PERIOD. And everyone around the league knows it.

I just counted. Miami had 12 free throws in the 4th quarter (including 2 intentional ones at the end because New Jersey was trailing), New Jersey had 10.

You are right though about one thing, nobody's going to change your mind, even if the facts don't support your stance.

Leave it to a Wade-Lover to try and skew the stats, a bad call is a bad call regardless of when it occurs. On a side note two teams having the same amount of free throws / fouls called against them doesn't = fairly reffed game, it doesn't take a genius to figure that out...

There was no call to be made and that was obvious enough WITHOUT the replays.

I'm willing to admit that Lebron, Kobe, and a number of other stars get calls every now and then but AT LEAST there is contact when they do.

These spin-travel flops by Wade aren't even funny anymore, I'm fine with the refs letting him travel everytime he pulls the move but when he falls down you can't just bail him out because he's one of the league's more marketable stars.

come on man, that spin move was should not of been called a foul...

I caught the game on my DVR this morning again, after throwing up from my Cowboys loss...(I dont want to hear about it...)

But the Nets had pretty good game at home...we came back to take the lead in the 4th...Jarvis going down I think was bigger than some may think...we just missed some shots in the end that Wade and company made...Cook was pissing me off but he made some great shots...Brook could not get a friggin call inside despite having a career night...

Give it up to Hassel, I was all over this guy and he put together a nice all around game making 4-5 shots...2-2 from the line for 10pts (he's put some nice games together regardless of what shows up in the box score)...I really felt his defensive was solid on Wade, totaling 3 steals in the game...the scramble down the court where he out muscled Wade shows the toughness he does bring...and furthermore, him starting wasnt a bad choice at all from Frank...(Simmons supposenly had a bruised shoulder)...if Hassel can make a couple wide open jummpers even going 2-5, I'll take it...

Hayes suffered a mild concussion the court, we just cant win with this guy...we need his offense and energy on the court...

We outscore the Heat in our dreaded 3rd, despite it being an ugly qtr...I still was upset how w/ 2.7 left in the game, Vince get the put back to make it 106-103, how can we not get a foul...put the Heat at the line, and get the ball back w. about 2.0 secs...yeh 1 ft and we're done, but thats absolutely unacceptable in my book...you need to extend the game at the point, and we failed execute regardless of the odds...
