Neither Hassell nor Hayes could control LeBron, but that's to be expected.
Yi was awful, and was quickly pulled after starting the second half.
Dooling was consistently awesome. Was cutting to the basket like nobody's business, and had a few straight to the basket dunks. Also passed well, ran things well, and if I'm correct, didn't have many turnovers, if any.
Carter shot horribly until the 4th quarter. In the 4th quarter he was doing quite well, but all everyone is gonna remember is that blown lay-up that would've cut it to six. He did pass well, especially from out of double teams, and from my perception, he rebounded well as well. I didn't check the box score, though, so I don't know if that's true or not.
Brook wasn't on his game tonight. Seemed to be missing shots he normally makes, and was hella slow.
As for the bench, CDR played great in the few minutes he had, but his stomach virus prevented him from coming back into the game.
Missed free throws from everyone (starters and bench players), and a toooon of missed wide-open threes from everyone as well.
Edit - I just checked the box score, and VC did bring his fg% to almost 50% tonight, so I guess he didn't shoot as badly as I thought. I guess it's just that he started off missing a bunch of his shots. Anyway, I was right about his rebounding. He had 9 of them.
This game was winnable. If we could have knocked down just some of our f'ing threes (which we usually do well), this game would've been a totally different story. Oh well.
