Since the lottery is a day away and the Nets is on the brink of MAYBE losing the franchise, i can't help but to think that there may be a twist between the Nets and the NBA if we put the story together.
The Nets are having financial problems and they may or may never move to Brooklyn. Less and less people are coming to see the games and if the Brooklyn project does not pan out, the team may be sold to play for another state or they may simply move to Newark, which would be the best scenario.
Stern and the NBA maybe corrupt (i am not sure) but with all the things going on, with the Bulls getting the number one pick last year (to maybe bring back the Bulls franchise to the top), with the way the referees now officiate the games and with most teams losing money and actually are trying to save money by sharing the load for the pre-draft workouts and summer league games, i think Stern is trying to help the Nets to regain an elite team again.
The Nets has a promo about buying upper level season tickets and it will be upgraded to the lower level seats if the Nets are not picked in the top 3 in the draft. When i first read this, i was like "Wow!". I don't know, it may just be paranoia but i believe that there's more to this promo. I think Stern will somehow give the Nets one of the top 3 picks and the people who will buy or already bought the tickets will simply get jacked.
I say, the Nets will get one of them 3 picks. What do you guys think?
Is it really a promo?

I say this sounds like an episode of "24" but hey, I hope your right but if Stern were to do it, I would think he would just give them #1. Regardless, the lottery drawing is witnessed by an independent auditor so this all just irrelevent.
