^^^ Not necessarily true. A grunt worker in the paint will clog the paint and handcuff Brook. Like you said, Brook was the 11th this year...and he was a rookie. He's only going to develop even more. We need a guy how can finish around the basket, but also has the ability to hit the 12-15' jumper with consistency. David West can do that. In theory, honestly, Yi should be a perfect player to play next to Brook, but we never know when/if he is gonna "get it" and step up to the next level. Just my opinion at least.

^^^ the option of taking the 12-15ft set shot I would like to have my franchise player to take those as a part of his skillset. Then if the guards are penetrating they can dump it off to a hard worker in the paint area. Of course Lopez can do the same thing. High field goal percentage the game becomes easier.

And if we have to be shrewed with our dollars, maybe we dont accept another teams contracts maybe we take Milsap (S&T with pick for compensation) from Utah. I dont think Boozer is going to leave so it doesnt make sense to keep two of the same players.
