The Nets are looking at sign and trades because they don't have any roster space right now. They need to move someone from the roster to bring someone else in.

bozer and korver

jazz get:
simmons and hassel

we get a great 4 player whos contract expires after this year and so if worst case senario it doesnt work out hes gone and it cost us no money, but we could also sign him if all goes well and also another player in 2010. we also get a great shooter in korver and we dump hassel and simmons

if utah would agree to this u gotta do it. and they just might so they can sign millsap as there guy

It wouldnt make as much sense for either side to make it Simmons. they can save more cap room with Dooling and a couple of other guys...and for our needs it seems to make more sense for us as well that is if it makes sense at all cap wise for ext summer.

However, no one here is remotely sure what would happen. A lot of flounderig from what I see....and I admit I am not sure myself.

The answer is...if we can move the right pieces...the contracts we need gone before next summer....and it doesnt mess up a max recruting effort with cap room? Then yeah...do it. If this is Boozer or bust....screw it. Not worth it. But until someone has convinced me what it will mean? Well then we will continue to go around in circles. If this I am sure....For Simmons makes no sense for either sides need. And we are asuming the Boozer dump rumors are real, Lets continue to assume that for our needs. But....we still need to desing ideas the work under the reasoning for the rumor. For them cap room...for us....improvement WITHOUT messing up next summer.

Most expendable contracts for us as I see it in terms of...guys we do not want on the books next summer if we take on Boozer at all....

And I say Sean Williams because basically....he isnt that good rather have his cap room, per haps Utah take a shot on him as throw in compensation. Either way, this trade idea is robbery designed only if they really want to dump him.

If Yi flops this year....I say do not pick up his option...,but not ready to throw him away just yet.
