According to ESPN Prokorov is considering even changing the team name once the move to Brooklyn is complete. I just wanted to know how Nets fans felt about this? I personally kind of like the name as is. It's simple and a classic to me personally.

"According to Mannix, Prokorov also said he's considering changing the team name once they're in Brooklyn.

The team plans to move into their new stadium in Brooklyn for the 2012-13 season, so a potential name change is still a few years off."

I think he's wanting to make sure everyone knows that this is his team, and I think he could change everything. I have a feeling he's going to try to add some European flair to the league.

I'll be pissed if he changes the name, for real.

So this was my (over) reaction (brought forth by my disappointment in losing Wall). Its a bit silly.

I kind didn't like how Prokhy looked during the lotto. He repeated the same things he already said in the video addressing the fans. If you're gonna be the most interesting man in the world, you can't do that. Up to that point i literally hanged on his every word and was totally blown away by him.

Then when they showed a clip of Bird chatting with people that were surrounding with, you can see Prokhy in the back sitting by himself. I thought people are suppose to be drawn to him? If thats the imagine you present, you gotta be Alpha 100% of the time. I dont know, those things just stuck out to me because of the disappointment of not getting Wall. The day after seems better though, with the few articles/interviews going on today he seems back to that imagine i had of him.

Proky is looking to extend Rod and has told Kiki to hit the bricks in a nice way. I was never impressed with Kiki as an executive so I'm relieved.
