I want to throw up. Might as well just bring in Isiah Thomas.

I actually MIGHT prefer Thomas over King or Ferry. Say what you want about Thomas' crazy off-court antics and contracts handed out...the guy can evaluate talent in the draft. And at this stage of our rebuilding process...that might be the most important aspect.

Isiah Thomas is/would be a great head scout, he just shouldn't be the one having the final call on trades and signings.

King or Ferry are not what we had in mind obviously. Bower wont be the guy...and fans see Pritchard as the face of Portland's turnaround.... but again....all chatter about him is that he is an a-hole to work with. Over and over I read...DICK.

I've wanted Bobby Marks from the beginning since he's been learning under Thorn all these years. He knows the Nets better than any candidate out there...but if we're looking just for a PRESIDENT, why not just hire King or Ferry for that job (if we must choose between those two.) Just have bobby Marks make the moves. I'd take Ferry though over King.

Im good with hiring a connected guy to be the President so long as Marks is on board. Considering we have a long term plan/strategy in place already it would seem to me that promoting from within would make a lot of sense since we have a qualified candidate.
