Predicting the Nets first 40 games...

So im sure some of you know ive been flipping out about the Nets not improving and then I came across this article predicting the Nets first 40 games. Im not a believer of it, but would be ecstatic if they can pull this record off.

The only problem with these types of breakdowns is that there are always fluke games and it doesn't account for injuries. I thought it was funny how he comments on the fact that we beat Boston last year but that game was a fluke and this year Boston will do what they are supposed to do. How do you know there won't be another "fluke"? You don't. Good teams have bad games. Injuries happen. We can guess that the Nets will win 40 games but there's no reason to break it down like that. No one would have predicted that the Nets would win 12 games last season but they did.

I could see us winning anywhere from 25-34 wins next season. I think less than 25 would be underachieving. More than 34 would be overachieving. We're capable of either. With such a young team the former seems more likely than the latter, but I definitely think this team has a shot at overachieving this year. I'm hoping for the best.

Cool, I only used that name because it was the name of the link I clicked on to read it. I also think 25-30 wins is most likely. Although they havent done much to get better theres no question the have some talent to win more than 12 games, including those close games to other trash teams which they let slip away last season.
