What?! Lee took a ton of bad shots and was a low volume chucker for vast periods of games last year.

 low volume chucker, whatever that means.

Lee only took shots when open, in transition, or when there were plays called for him specifically. None of which were bad shots.

(btw, when i say none i obviously acknowledge that he must have taken a few bad shots at some point, every player in the league will throw up an ill advised shot here and there no matter what, what i mean by none is that majority of the time his shots were 100% the right decision, whether it went it or not is a different story)

Dude come on. How many times did he try going one on one, shoot with a hand in his face early in the shot clock, take a long three just cause he was open even though a cutter was open headed into the lane or Brook was rolling to the hoop, or popping an ill advised three in transition Devin Harris style?

He forced it a lot, with no care or acknowledgment of the flow of the offense and even that it is certainly true there wasn't a lot of that to begin with, he was easily as much of the problem as the solution. Obviously there wasn't much accountability with Kiki as the coach, but Lee chose to embrace that instead of trying to correct it.

I loved watching Lee pull up for long two-point shots... Maybe we can trade back for him?

Ohh yeah, i forgot, Lee was one of those evil Nets hell bent on ignoring wide open Brook.

None of the highlighted parts apply to Lee, not sure what you were seeing, guy is as "within the flow of the offense" as they come. But to answer your questions as to how many times, considering he only average 11 shots per game, and shot a rather respectable 44% from the field despite playing half the season injured (and not complaining btw)....i'd say not that many times, i dont know maybe 30 total for all of that.

 @ the people trying to get in the players celebration circle, and the staff telling them to get back.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
