Just one scenario, if we have to throw a first rounder so be in.
I think Vince coming back here would be good for the Nets. He's a great passer and can keep Brook from being double/triple teamed constantly, and if they do he can make them pay.
Not to mention he's an expiring.

Hey guys. As you all know Vince is w/ the Suns now. Just wondering what your opinions are for why Vince failed in Orl? And if he doesn't become a ring chaser, would the Nets even bother offering Vince a vet min contract?
IMO VC was one of the best Nets players in his short run in NJ, and I think your fanbase is probably the only one that even remotely appreciates what he brought.

Well what seperates Vince from Guys like Kobe and all the other great players was that Vince never brought "IT" every night. When he wanted to score, he would score and score often. When he wanted the ball in his hands to make a crucial play, he did just that. He also never brought his killer instinct every game. Some days he wanted to be half man half amazing, and some days he just wanted to be half man, half a roleplayer. Also, I feel like age and injuries were creeping up on him as well. Such a shame though, if only he cared about the game as much as Kobe, Pierce, Wade etc did. Those are players who bring it every night, love em or hate em. So the reason why Vince ultimately failed in New Jersey and Orlando was because of Vince Carter himself, and he only has himself to blame for that.

VC is not a good fit for the Suns BUT we do have two players that need a change of scenery and would be a good fit.

So they take on Outlaw's contract for a Lakers 1st, which will be in the high 20's??
No chance.

BC couldn't have said it better myself. Well actually I have been saying this for ages. But I used MJ, Bird and Isiah. Sorry just old school
But well said.

lol I wasn't serious but i would love for them to take Outlaw's contract

VC for Murphy and Vujacic would be more realistic. But honestly with or without VC we're not making the playoffs,so the few extra games we would win would hurt us more than help us when the lottery comes to town.If we do make a trade for CP3 or MELO I wouldn't mind signing VC to a vet min contract.
