Its been said. Extremely hard working...and very likeable guy by his bosses, players and the media...and engaging interviews. But...he is thus far a midlevel or medicore NBA coach. He deserves another job. He was good enough to get another shot and see what he has learned after taking a step back. But for us...he was better with veterans than young players. I DO NOT think he was good for this team once talent was declining. He had his best window right when he took over.

He tends to let his guys do what they do once on the floor and he wont adjust. Will let those ISO's go all day long and get out coached. The question is has he learned?

Given a choice...absolutely I take him over Kevin Mchale for a head coaching job. But I am sure there are many others I take over Frank if I made a list. The thing is though...many of those guys are old and retiring.

Kevin McHale was actually pretty solid during his brief stint when he fell on his own sword.
