Trade Proposal: Blatche for 2012 1st?

Thoughts?

I have a feeling you guys won't be interested because you're holding out for West or Nene or something in free agency.

How much do you guys value that draft pick?

I'm not crazy about Blatche. To me those are some pretty hollow numbers and he strikes me as the "perrenial loser" type.

Honestly I couldn't agree more, which is why most fans are actively shopping him around for whatever we can get.

He's still young, his contract is honestly pretty reasonable given his production, and he has a ton of room for growth, but he's a moron and he's lazy, and I just don't think he wants it enough.

Yes you cannot deny the talent is there.

And the Nets with a hard nose coach and an elite veteran point guard might be the right fit for him, but I think a first rounder in a strong draft might be too risky.

He doesn't strike me as an Avery Johnson kind of player. I doubt the team would be willing to give a pick for a player that won't fit Johnson's scheme of things.

Personally, I like his talent/upside, but I can't see the team making such a bold move.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

Washington is going to have to attach an outgoing first to Blatche in order to dump him.

I still wouldn't want him.
