FYI: I see that somebody else has a thread of DWill trades but....
Clippers trade:
-The expiring contract of: Chris Kaman
-The expiring contract of: Mo Williams
The expiring contract of: Randy Foye
-Minnesota's 1st rd draft pick 2012
Nets trade:
-All Star point guard: Deron Williams(assuming he demands a trade)
-A terrible contract of: Travis Outlaw
Clippers recieve:
-A All-Star point guard: Deron Williams(assuming he agrees to sign extension)
-Taking on the contract of: Travis Outlaw(who could help with the lack of the 3 position)
Nets receive:
-Expiring contracts of:
Mo Williams, Randy Foye, and Chris Kaman
-Minnesota's 2012 1st round draft pick

Is Deron signing an extension with the Clippers? I ask mainly because if he is I think I would demand other pieces from the Clippers (Bledsoe, or maybe Aminu, would ideally want Gordon etc.).
It's not a terrible trade proposal assuming the Wolves pick is a top 5 pick and the Nets can flip Chris Kaman for a prospect or pick or two.
My thing is just if the Carmelo deal set the precedent for what star players who are going to leave one way or another can net a team, there might be more attractive deals for the Nets elsewhere (they may not get to unload Travis Outlaw as they do in this deal but obtaining an extremely high draft pick / top tier prospect should be the goal in any trade in which the Nets are trading Deron).

Add Eric Gordon to the package.

Nah, add Aminu. 20yo 6'9, athletic, half-Deng, half-Smoove hybrid forward. In two years, someone will bemoan signing undersized Eric to an oversized contract (just like Ben Gordon). Besides, LAC wouldn't give Gordo and the MIN pick, and I'd rather have the pick than a guy who'll need a phat contract the same summer as Brook.
Some people really have a way with words. Other people... not... have... way.

I think the Clips would give up anyone not named Blake Griffin for a resigned Deron Williams.
