No.

It's EvO formerly known as 101 formerly known as EvO vs. Speedy

Side note: I'm serious about the Blake thing. If he's such an outlier, than don't include him since (technically) he's not a sophomore player.

I was going to post that as well, but it would have to be Cousins post-Westphal firing.

Not to sound racist even though I do make a lot of jokes about it, but its not often a Asian Player plays good in the NBA since Yao got injured, stayed injured, then retired. He's also lead his team to 3 wins, so hype is deserved even if its short lived. Just like Humphries here, sometimes some players need a chance, you get one, and just play out of your mind from there

I got your point, but I'm not sure his accomplishments deserves a 47 page thread in the GB (someone even suggested a sticky). He'll go back to earth eventually. It's not that we're witnessing the birth of another Jordan or Kobe here.

To be honest, I'm happy for the guy for overcoming adversities and all, but I'm sure if he was playing for the Bobcats or any small-market team, he wouldn't get the same hype...

P.S.
I'm not sure the Hump thread even reached 10 pages...

You never know, this guy could be a legitimate 18/8 guy for the next 8 years on good teams.

Probably not, but remember it's rare but not impossible.

That said the hype train is absurd right now, this is hardly the first time a player was a passed around the league minimum salary bench rider, finally got his chance and put up monster stats and the next year and beyond is when he became what he really was, a solid 20 something minute per game good rotation player.

The way it seems though, everyone really thinks he's going to be a 22/9 top 20 player cold blooded killer.
