Anyone hear Carton on the FAN this morning? I love his commentary sometimes but he's really ignorant when it comes to the NBA.

I just realized they were doing the interview now when I logged onto ND.

I really wish Avery would just stop him in his tracks and cut Kay off or whoever for that matter when asked those kinds of questions.

My answer would have been, "I'm the head coach of the New Jersey and soon to be Brooklyn Nets. I am not the coach of the Knix, I am not a beat reporter for the Knix, I have no interest in discussing the Knix unless you want to ask me directly about the game last night and our team."

After Hump got dunked, he had 4 boards/6 points and got Melo a technical foul in the 3rd.

In the same time, Knicks bigs had 0 boards and 3 points. Petro (2 boards) was more productive...

I was listening to the Boomer and Carton podcast from today, and they played a sound byte from Avery saying that the game felt like a playoff game, and then Carton started imitating him, and saying "Oh, it's not like we're going to be there any time soon"...I didn't realize that I would get annoyed by other team's fans making fun of Avery...he may be an idiot, but he's OUR idiot...

And lol at a Knicks fan calling out the Nets about the playoffs...when was the last time the Knicks were actually relevant? The last 2 times they made the playoffs (separated by 7 years, btw), they were dominated...including by the Nets in 04.
