Yeah, would have to be a S&T, but what's up with his knee anyway?

If his knee is as busted as it seems to be, and the T-Wolves sneak into the playoffs, that would be an awful, awful trade.

A broken player and a 15-17 pick for the best pg in the game? Yikes.

For real.

But here's the thing... did this injury just happen? Or was it a chronic issue?

Cause there had to be a physical that would have picked this up, so either this happened the first game of the season for New Orleans, in practice soon after, or it was a preexisting condition that they turned a blind eye to so they could send Chris Paul to LAC to pair up with Blake.

Gordon's had injuries every year of his career, but never knee injuries or much that were that serious, so you hoped he could be like Granger, where eventually he gets healthy and it was just an ill timed unfortunate span of his career with a ton of small nagging injuries that accumulated.

If the injury happened after the trade, you can't view the trade as awful, it was just bad luck, but if it was a known issue swept under the carpet, ugh...

1. Draft Barnes/MKG (if were too low for them, trade up with a package of our pick and HOU pick)
2. Sign D-Will and D12 asap.
3. S&T Lopez to Atlanta for J-Smoove.

(Possible 4. Trade Brooks and drafted player for stud-SG/SF (e.g. Gay). We'd definitely hit the LTT but hey, it's worth it.)

D-Will/Brooks/MKGorBarnes/J-Smoove/Dwight + AmMo/rest of bench

(or D-Will/Ammo/Gay/Smoove/D12 aka NBA2k12 style LOL)

1) No offense, but Barnes sucks.
2) Okay.
3) Bad value. Brook is worth more than a tweener. If you want someone on the Hawks, you get Al Horford.
4) Couldn't afford to make that trade, if trade 3 is done. Doesn't fit within the CBA.
