Petro steals another rebound. Then calls for the ball when Brook gets it.

Throw in the Houston 1st and some cash and who knows? They might listen.

Nah stuff the 1st, keep it but the Timberwolves are interested in Morrow so just chuck in $3million with Petro & Farmar.

I dont rate Morrow as a basketball player at all. I hate when Lopez settles for long 2's.

I hate the fact Lopez doesnt rebound at all, its the biggest joke in his game, why isnt he rebounding the ball????

The only rebounding numbers that matter to me are the ones on the floor/off the floor. Nets don't get worse as a rebounding team with Brook on the floor, so there's that.

28 points in really his second game on 21 shots. 8-)

Lets be honest playing against Garnett he shouldve had him in foul trouble. Lopez played quite well but missed quite a few simple shots and more importantly he had only 3 rebounds and rarely looked like getting any.

This team is really badly coached, thats part of the problem

You're asking them to take on Petro and his contract and another PG though.

He could've been in double digits tonight had he decided to fight for the rebounds he gave to Petro, Humphries, and Shelden.

He drew seven or eight fouls in the first half. Got to the line 10 times. Celtics rotate as well as any team in the NBA, so it's tough to get one of their guys in foul trouble.

Lopez was by far the best player for the Nets once again.

No I 100% agree, Im just saying he has another level I know he can get too. I think the problem is he just is far to nice a guy, he should be really pushing people about and bossing them. Then again its only his 4th game back.

Didnt see most of the game but i read somewhere that Lopez was limping off the court? any truth to that? is he ok? i couldnt find him on the bench at very end of the game.

I didn't see it either but it seems to be true, based on the posts on NetsDaily. Let's hope it's nothing serious.

I thought Lopez played well. Lets keep in mind this was just his second game playing starters minutes, on the road after a decent layoff.

As far as the rebounding goes, im with ronito... i dont care if lopez gets 3 rebounds or 13 rebounds, as long as we are rebounding well as a team with him on the floor im fine. And since he has been in the lineup, i dont recall too many Ilyasova 25 rebound type nights against us. And from the last 2 games, i dont recall many situations where lopez was outrebounded for a ball or didnt come up with ones he should have. maybe 1 in the dallas game and 2 vs boston total.

If anything id liek to see him more active on the offensive boards, and get us more second chances. but overall, i think he has been as good as you can ask for early on back from his injury.

If you want to point fingers around for last nights game id start with avery, who i think coached an awful game with some head scratching rotations. Petro, who we dont expect much from be chucked up some oawful looks(box score says 4 shot attempts but it seemed like 20),our entire backcourt units, who turned it over a ton, most of which led to easy baskets the other way. and some really uninspired defensive play(and thats sugar coating it big time)
