Nets Player You're Rooting for the Most this Season

1. It's Joe Johnson for me (been a fan of his since he was at UA).

2. Marshon Brooks-- I can't wait to see his development in year 2.

3. Lastly, its Tyshawn Taylor-- I think this kid is going to be special. He will be much more serviceable than the Ben Uzoh's of the world, even veteran's like Jordan Farmar at PG. I'll be looking for him to do good things with the ball every time he touches it.

I wish the season never ends.

Been a big fan of Humphries since he got to the Nets, so I'll be rooting hardest for Kris and the two Euros.

I was a Joe Johnson fan since his early Suns days even pre-Nash.When the news broke that he was coming here my long time friend texed me "LOL you got your boy JJ".His contract sucks but he's a pro and he'll get it done for us on the court. I'm rootin hard for the whole team to gel quick and do something special this year.

Has to be Joe Johnson here, he needs to prove hes worth that money. Last year he was coasting through the season taking it easy, this needs to be an all-star year, like i want to see his best season in a long time on both ends of the floor. He is still a very solid capable defender, if we clamp down on defense i think we can be a GREAT defensive-first team. I wanna see joe johnson work out of the post a little more this year and deron can obviously set him up for easy 3's but i think he will do well.

i think johnson is going to have a very good season.... i think he is the perfect case for a guy who just needs a fresh start and change of scenery. in atlanta it was the same thing for years. people bashing him for being overpaid and perrenial first and second round exits as the ultimate treadmill team.

now he is a a new city, new team, a team looking to start with a new image. a team where money was thrown around all over, so slightly less focus on his deal. he'll have a chip on his shoulder and play with a star PG for the first time.

i expect much better efficency, defense, and playing with a mean streak. i laso think playing along side wallace will be infectious for him.
