I mean I mainly agree with this in concept, but he's really been on quite the tear the last maybe 20 to 25 games.

My main beef with George as a current player is he still does not get to the line nearly enough and pops way too many J's. A lot of that goes back to his suspect handle.

He's also pretty meager in all facets of the pick and roll.

But his overall game is really starting to take shape and his defense and rebounding is just tough.

:D I hope he makes the All Star team for one reason...maybe he''ll get some calls then!?

I agree. And within a few days there's a good chance we're the 2 seed anyway, so it isn't such an odd idea we would have 3 All Stars.

Tough but possible even though it is a long shot...most are thinking JJ and Lopez...I dunno, I think we can definitely get 2, the snub w/ Dwill is probably justified, JJ would probably be easier to snub though he probably should have the better chance of getting in over DWill...

How much love will the coaches show Brooklyn vs NYK, do they get 3 and JR gets in? and then you have the Bulls situation, some say 3 are legitimately up for consideration...then you have Jennings, Kyrie and Josh as possible... we'll see what team is truly rewarded or maybe they spread the love...

Guard play is somewhat weak in the East so it will be very interesting...honestly, there is always snubs each year and though I hate to admit, I am ready to be disappointed...

1 should be a lock, two very possible, 3 is a long shot

However, the turnovers are starting to scare me. It's getting really really bad and It needs to be addressed ASAP. We'll get destroyed in Memphis throwing it around like that.

Agreed, huge point and sooner or later its going to catch up to us fast...it's really a bad habit and we're going in the wrong direction here...TAKE CARE OF THE BALL!

Still no matter how you look at it, another grind it out win, finding a way to win despite our lackluster performance in certain areas being troublesome...

This is a great stretch to be a Nets fan...big picture we are winning games we are supposed to and competing well against others (minus 2 games during the transition) 12-2 w/ PJ, best team in the NBA in January.

It would be a joke if JR made the all-star game.

Deron in his worst season is still thoroughly outplaying JR in his best.

When will the propaganda stop? This isn't JR's best season. In fact at this point it's quite literally turned into one of his 3 worst seasons in the league.

I agree, but it is how much of an impact he has had on NYK, which is debatable...I for one believe he should be left off, period, no argument when there are other guys like Deron who has a bigger impact w/ the Nets than he does w/ the Knicks...

I'm perfectly fine with Brook Lopez being our only all star. I'd rather Deron and JJ rest while we rack up wins and stay somewhat under the radar. All Star Weekend is hardly a break if you're part of the game.
