I agree but it is a no brainer...you go all in and do this now, worse case scenario we buy picks back later, etc...


No 1st round pick has been bought with straight cash since the new CBA came into effect. I don't understand why people keep saying this, "we'll just buy our way into the 1st". We haven't been able to do it yet and even when picks we're being moved about in a supposed weaker class, nobody traded a 1st for just cash.

2 or 3 were sold this draft night, they just included a late or future 2nd to make it amicable to the CBA.
