Brook with 32 points on 13 shots, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 blocks.

No reason why he can't do this every night if applies himself to it. The offense should run through him.

Isolations should be last resort offense.

I think this is literally our first win with Donny Marshall commentating.

He's been the bane of our season, I truly believe that. The less games he calls, the better.

I know you're being facetious, but the Nets record when he announces is dismal. hmm :o
Garnett’s shot...boosted him to 25,000 points in his NBA career. More than that, by reaching...25,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, 5,000 assists, 1,500 steals and 1,500 blocks — Garnett joined an elite class of … ONE. Just him. That’s it - Steve Aschburner

So apparently according to JJ and AA, they NOW know how they are supposed to play through Brook.

Unbelivable. I really wish there was a way we could win games and look good while firing this staff

We are scorching hot after our first 2-1 winning streak.

man even this win wasn't that impressive with the exception of brook working the post.

The offense is still pretty stagnant, ball movement was mediocre, and the only thing that improved was some player movement. We still don't run any good movement around the brook post, like wheres the baseline screens? the early offense picks to get players open and cutting to the basket? All the points are so hard, and we dont get enough easy baskets. Wheres the double option plays? I need to see more from this offense. And defensively...lol we can't guard 3 point shooters to save our lives.

a win against one of the worst teams, but a win non the less, lets see if this builds some confidence and energy.

It doesn't help that he sucks too. Terrible offseason addition by YES network.

But it's going to be rusty, not 100% Deron, and that guy isn't very good.

He needs to STAY healthy and get his legs under him if we have any hope of turning this around.

Better than both Livingston and Taylor at least.

There is part of me that honestly believes Kidd is the best pg on the Nets outside of DWill. Thats how bad Taylor and Livingston have been. Sign him cut one of them and then hire a real coach.

There is zero reason as to why this statline isn't coming up normally. At least 28 pts, 7 rebs, 2 blks, 3-4 assists

I'll take the win... but the game was such a dud. I fell asleep on the couch with 5 minutes left in the game. :(

I know the win was against a bad team but let's be real, we've been almost just as bad as them.

Anyway, it was a solid win, we controlled the game so that was nice to see. The players looked a little more comfortable then usual so that's also a step in the right direction.

And that's the frustrating part about Lopez.

He's got the skillset for a #1 option, but he defers like he's the #4 option way too often.

Maybe someone should threaten him and say that if he doesn't play like that all of the time, they're going to burn his comic book collection.

sometimes the offense was running smoother, other times the typical jj iso dribble, but it was nice to see perimeter threats like jj and anderson feeding the ball to Lopez to open space for him. Blatche was really into the game from all perspective imo, i like to see him focus like that. The defense is the worse problem the Nets have and hopefully it can improve like the offense seems to be doing. Then again, it was the Bucks.

I think it's more that people would rather spend 2.5 hours doing something productive than intentionally inflicting pain on themselves and gouging out their eyes watching the Nets.

after losing so often and ugly, fans are turned off by watching them play... the story is usually the same as they dictated themselves.

Sure a game vs the Bucks would deem a win however the Nets proved they're not reliable for the W.
