it is not expected to Bavčić could soon in the NBA, certainly not this season, but it is not excluded that the Nets try to summer camp for the upcoming season.

Soooooo King sends Taylor to NO for roughly $1m so that NO can cut him.......

Someone explain that trade for me again please?

When you add up what King paid to select Taylor and then giving him a guaranteed deal as a 2nd rounder on top of it, then sent him to NO for a cool $1m, it's great money management.

I honestly do hope he can possibly turn into something decent here.

NEW YORK -- Marquis Teague kind of had a feeling a trade was coming.

"I wasn't really shocked," said Teague, who practiced for the first time as a Brooklyn Net on Thursday. "I knew a lot of changes were being made around there, so I was kind of prepared."

Teague, 20, was selected by Chicago in the first round of the 2012 draft. Unfortunately, it didn't work out there.

"It just wasn't clicking with Thibs [coach Tom Thibodeau] the right way," Teague said. "Just trying to figure out the system was kind of tough for me. The way they play isn't really my style, so it's kind of difficult for me. But I've got a new start now, so I'm just looking forward to the future."

What is Teague's style?

"I like to push the ball, play fast, get up and down, play off pick-and-rolls," he said. "Over there it's more structure and sets and things like that."

Teague might be able to have success in Nets coach Jason Kidd's free-flowing offense.

"I think it's going to be great," Teague said of being able to learn from Deron Williams and Shaun Livingston. "I just know I'm coming in here to work hard."

Teague says he's patterned his game like Steve Francis, Allen Iverson and Baron Davis, quick guards who can play off the dribble and get into the lane.

Don't give a damn about Teague, they better do something about that open roster spot between now and the deadline.

King is a terrible GM that has a reaaaaally long leash due to Proky's money.

It's like giving someone $1M to play slots. Eventually he'll hit something big due to the resources he's given...even if that meant depleting most of those resources.

I hope people will simply realize that Teague is useless and will always be useless and should have zero hope for him to do anything on this team.
