It's okay to do it once in a while if he's hot or if we NEED him but every game? 11 for 43 from 3 in his last 8 games. He's a work horse but as some point, he's going to wear out. That's the last thing we need right now.

Problem is, we have no one to spell him at SF. Bogdan sucks balls. Anderson isn't going to provide much offense.

I can't really blame Hollins but he has to realize this is not going to end well when by March this guy is broken down.

How many coaches will it take to be spayed and neutered to your liking before you blame the fact that the players are overpaid and inept?

Look at Brook Lopez. Just look at him. What coach is going to get anything positive out of this sack of ****!?

There's not much anyone can do when Joe Johnson decides to take the night off/runs out of gas.

I'm not calling for Hollins' firing because I think he's a good (defensive) coach. I just think the offense he runs is nonsense.

I don't have the stats but every game I watch us play, the offense has gotten guys like Karasev, Anderson, Mirza, and Bogdan a lot of clean looks...and none of them convert on the shots.

It's not the offense, it's the players. Imagine if we had last year's roster with this offense? A lot of those clean looks would have been money. Fact is, the guys we have here to shoot can't shoot for ****

Why should wallace be embrarrased? he didnt make the trade billy king did.

If I was Wallace I'd send Billy King a christmas card every year for the rest of my life. What a sweet deal.

Yea, most of the folks there don't know a lick about basketball and they pretend that Lopez is some kind of all star stud when in reality his game and value has deteriorated in a frightening fashion.

They trash Hollins yet ignore the fact that outside of Johnson no one can shoot the ball worth a damn, Lopez and Williams suck balls, and the wing and PF positions are sub par.

Oh, and of course, Plumlee, despite being the statistically superior player, is trade fodder who hasnt hit a jumpshot since he was 15 years old.

I bet one thing, if that was Plumlee within sniffing distance of that loose ball last night he would have chased it down like an animal on the hunt.

I don't disagree but if we're going to play JJ 40 minutes a game so the team can claw its way to 80 points - we're not going to do much this year anyway. Might as well give Bojan or Markel or anyone - those extra 6 minutes a game. Maybe Joe'll be fresher for the end of the games. Maybe Bojan'll develop. Maybe he'll suck - who knows.

All I know is that Joe Johnson isn't LBJ nor is he 27. He's an older player and we can't expect him to carry us. What Hollins did to Joe Johnson during the Miami-Dallas back to back was criminal.

Shots fired

TALK: Mason Plumlee on the team’s lack of energy in the final three quarters:

“There’s no excuse for that. That’s something you can control…The ball’s rolling on the floor and a couple of us aren’t even running. Those are inexcusable plays. So we have to own it, make sure it doesn’t happen again and move forward.”

Most of them weren't running including Mason himself. I don't think it's as much of a "shots fired" comment as it seems.

I think he also included himself in that comment since he wasn't running but tbh those type of plays it's usually the closest guys to the ball that chase it down. That play is on Brook for being lazy, period.
