What turned out to be a tough year of sports for me... I have this going

Yes but development is equally important. I'm not discrediting his ability to coach effort and defense but coaching effort only gets you but so far. Ask Thibs, Monty Williams, Scott Brooks, etc.

theres no one worth developing besides rondae and chris m as far as young guys, shane larkin and trob are on border.
