Lol at Ellington. Joe is sitting in the corner and he instead forces a contested three over Drummond. I can't stand watching these pathetic China bound scrubs.

The only positive is that Brook has been awesome these past few games. Other than his scoring, his passing has improved a lot over the past few weeks. That was a big flaw in his game, but he has been making some great passes lately.

He's getting mysteriously benched all of a sudden and from the looks of his Twitter account it reeks of favoritism (Bargnani).

This fool finished with 3 points on 1/8 shooting. Notice he doesn't even mention how absolutely terrible he was tonight on both ends.

I can't wait to move on from these overpaid losers disgracing this fanbase, city and franchise. The worst thing to have is malcontents.

Joe takes things in stride. He's set for life.

and that's the problem.

This is why I don't have much faith with whatever direction the front office goes. Reed's playing time should be be imperative. You want to see what the young guys have. Instead, same old stuff. Reed should be the first big off of the bench. Instead, politics as usual.

There is no reason why he shouldn't be playing. Reed gives max effort and has excellent footwork. he should be playing.

I can't take this franchise seriously. the team isn't in playoff contention. The focus should be development.

I see it in the opposite sense. The purpose of taking time to get the right GM and coach is to set up a developmental infrastructure. The problem is while the focus is on securing interviews for GMs and possibly coaching candidates. The current coaching staff and regime are simply trying to save their own ass by winning "now" to have a chance at the available jobs. That's usually the draw back of mid-season changes.

I haven't watched a full game in a while but it sucks to hear (from this thread lolol) that Reed isn't getting PT He was one of the fun things to watch after RHJ went down.

This is the kind of stuff that had me pulling hair out of my head two years ago. He'd always comment and act like things were fine no matter how bad he played.

Then when we finally play well to start the season he goes with his "I'm off dis ****" moment which launches us in a downward spiral.

Shutup JJ!

We played well again. which i always find encouraging. it isnt easy to be this bad, with a roster this bad, and still bring decent effort this late into the season. Brook played well, thats like 3 out of 4 game she has really brought it. thats really encouraging.

As far as larking, he was playing better, but larkin has absolutely DESTROYED us late in games this season. so im not really pissed we didnt see him over sloan later in the game.

As far as willie reed. i mean id rather see anyone over bargani but reed at his peak is a low level backup. its not like RHJ or CmcC where you want to develop those guys as much as possible. Reed is at best someone who hangs on to a roster spot and hopefully doesnt have to see minutes for you. that said, he should play over bargs, but more because bargs is the worst player in the NBA

would love to see this team pull out one of these close wins. see someone step up on BOTH ends in the last two minutes. last couple games we got the shots but not the stops. pelican game perfect example

He should play because we need to see what he can do given more minutes as a back up. It doesn't have anything to do with him hanging onto a roster spot or Bargs being garbage, its about making the most out of these games and developing talent, seeing what we have, seeing what can be worked on, a team with no control over their draft picks can't have a short sighted mindset like that.

That kind of mindset is EXACTLY why prospects like Jonathan Simmons get snatched up by intelligent, well run teams like the Spurs while the Nets fumble and bumble around.
