Being a Nets/ Mets fan I learned to keep my expectations low. It's better for my health that way

That would be killer.

I'd be happy with 12/7 realistically since he's not going to play 30+ mins at our pace.

You two do realize he averaged 7 & 5 last year right?

Yea I expect about 8 and 5 from him, Allen is going to take most his minutes by the end of season

15/8 per 36 totally possible.

He isn't gonna play a lot of minutes tho. He's never done more than 25 and I doubt it's gonna start now

Very psyched about Moz's great play in FIBA!

IMO his play Is huge factor in whether Nets have an okay season or rough one.

His defense is what will be a huge factor or not. if he can help defensively that's huge, nevermind the pts and rebs.

On top of that, him being able to set mean picks and roll hard to the basket or not could mean a difference between a good season or an okay season.

Russia's chances of making it to the semifinals of FIBA Europe .....? Roughly the same as Nets making the playoffs . And yet.

Another great game by Mozgov in Russia's win over Greece in the quarterfinals. His semi final game is Friday. Final if needed on Sunday.

Mozgov could be exactly what we were missing on defense and the glass last year in the middle.

Mozgov has a true PnR PG in a system that demands spacing from the team on the floor = lots of hard rim destroying dunks from an uncongested paint

Mozgov has a true PG who will look for him on dump offs and deep post ups when he has his man sealed as well as a ball movement system that WANTS to look for easy gimme buckets down low created by ball movement confusion for the D

Mozgov has a coach who wants his players to expand their game. So if Mozgov can prove he can shoot 3s in practice and scrimmage then he'll be allowed to let fly in games. At the very least he's a threat from mid range and defenders have to respect it

Dude is gonna have a career renaissance here in BRK, gonna see the old Mozgov that CLE happily traded 2 1st rounders for.

Dang, looks like Mozgod is too small to guard Boban the giant

That guy probably would have been a star in the old days
