Yes. At work we dont have people who only work for us because of an employee who left, and then trash our other employees to make the guy who is out on medical leave look good.

We have a jeremy lin thread were guys can irrationally put him up on a pedistal as a star and trash Russell,RHJ, or whomever because they are insecure about someone taking his job or pissed about somesone messing up his assists

Same guys who were on here talking up how great we were after 2 good wins are now on here bashing 22/23 years olds because we've had 2 bad results. Good teams are going to belt us more than not. The Nuggets are a playoff team from the West, they should be beating us convincingly. We've only had 1 bad game, the other 3 losses were against either a good team or 2 equal teams away from home. You yoyo fans need to chill the **** out, good teams will beat us and we will probably only beat the bad teams half the time.

People need to get off Dlo and Caris's back. They are the same people who have tried to ride RHJ into the ground. If Kenny didnt let RHJ play through his lumps last year, he wouldn't he the player he is now. This team is in no position to yank guys cuz they aren't playing well. If the effort is there, let em play through it, wins be damned.

Finally a voice of reason. this post is spot on.

We are NOT a 40 win team as much as some want us to suprise and hit that mark and challenge for the playoffs. And people can get on Kenny all the want, but as has been pointed out SEVERAL times, markinson is not measuring themselves by wins and wont yank struggling players.

Levert is 22 and its basically his rookie year (missed like 40-50 games last year). russell is 21 and went from the lakers to the nets system and went from combo-2 gaurd to combo-PG. its been 6 games for him, and half of those he has looked pretty darn good including a huge role in 2 of our wins.

Caris is chucking up bricks and turning it over. thats what young guys do. again its 6 games. people who said this guy is an all-star shouldnt be on his case for unrealsistic early expectations.

Allen Crabbe, I was the most critical of that trade by far. people have called me a crabbe "Hater". so if im not in here bashing allen crabbe no one should. He is a three point shooter who is shooting well from three. Marks traded for him hoping he could develop into more then that. thats going to take time. I may not be confident he can do that (which is true) but im also not going to get on his case because he hasnt become that in just 7 games.

Its ok to be optomisic and think the team is a dark horse for the playoffs... but dont dump on them when they dont meet your unlikely expectations and the coaches focus doesnt align with yours

Go read that book that the trolling POS troll GoodDayLa wrote in the Prokhorov sells the team thread and see who is sitting there co signing it. **** ing trolls openly root for the kid to fail so that Lin can be "the face of the franchise".

You know what...**** it, I hope Lin opts out and leaves just so the trolls can engage in "light trolling" elsewhere. Seriously I hope Lin leaves and takes the sycophant cult with him.

Not sure what happened here. It’s ugly. Clean it up before the boss comes, guys.

This is still a rebuild. We can still be a .500 or above .500 team in a rebuild. We can just as easily be under .500. Why? This is a rebuild.

- Allen didn’t play much at all. 3 fouls in 1 minute. Looked like a rook against Plumlee, Jokic. Got some action after we lost the lead. Is that DLo’s fault? No.

- Caris goes for 8 Points on 3-12 shooting with a -16. Is that DLo’s fault? No.

- Crabbe finishes with 8 Points on 3-8 shooting. DLo’s fault? No.

Point is, they all played poorly. DLo turned it over a lot again and hasn’t looked good since that knee tweak. It certainly appears to be 100% mental. He’s 21. Aside from adjusting to teams now realizing our MO, he’s trying to learn how to do both score at an elite efficient level and pass at the same level.

The hesitancy he’s showing out there could simply be a guy that got scared of his own knee after falling in Orlando and having seen Lin tear his knee up close. I’m sure that plays a role. I’m cringing at some of these points like Lin didn’t look just as bad multiple times last season? I saw frustration. I’ve seen it with Lin too. Not sure what the difference is.

The loss sucked. However, we played well for the first half and we played well to get back closer in the 4th.
This team is still doing better things than last year. That’s the point at the end of the day and the narrative we built after the Cleveland win hasn’t wavered since. Nobody except this board is trashing DLo right now.

whoa hold on now....I didn't refer to anyone's ethnicity. I would never take it there or do that...not sure what that stems from.

also, no one said that Russell is above reproach.

also also...the specific people who set this off are indeed Lin fans...but I called them Lin trolls to denote that there is a difference between the people who post here earnestly (like you, for instance) and the a holes who suddenly come out of the woodwork after Russell has his first period of adversity to trash him or are gleeful that he is struggling because they care more about Jeremy Lin being the face of the franchise than the actual overall well being of the team. It has nothing to do with people being unable to criticize Russell, he should be critiqued on good nights and bad nights.
