Great to see Allen finishing and not fumbling passes. Sky is the limit for him. Can't wait to see Russell integrated and what moves we make (Acy and Kilpatrick gone).

Whitehead will see some time there maybe DLO too when he gets back but CLV played good last night. I like the chemistry between he and Jarrett.

The Hawks announcers were so irate over that, saying Crabbe could have hit some poor fan in the face if not for the shot clock and should get suspended. I can see a fine coming perhaps...

A fine possibly, it would be warranted he got himself kicked out of the game.
I highly doubt fans were in any danger. it's a basketball, not a rock hard baseball coming off of a bat at 101 mph.

I think Dinwiddie should stay in the starting lineup and Levert should get a shot filling the ballhandler role off the bench. In some match-ups I don't know if he'll be as effective, but I think that's a way to give both guys a bigger role when DLo comes back. It will also give DLo a little less pressure of having to be on the ball as much as he was after Lin went down.

For development purposes, yes. However, long-term, he is a wing. I see him evolving into our version of Manu.

Very happy to get one back from Atlanta. The open 3s that just weren't falling for us in BKN went down in bunches in the 3rd quarter at ATL. Still agree that Dinwiddie, DLo (Or Crabbe in his place), and Carroll should start over CLV for the time being.

Idk if he feels comfortable shooting as a distributor instead of as an off ball guard.
His majority of shots come around the 15-7 sec mark (34.0%) and he's shooting 45% from that time in efg. Now that's not terrible, but it's not great. It does mean he gets to the line. His 40% FG isn't that good.
Here's the wacky stat. And I'm puzzled reading it.
24-22 second he has an EFG of 83.3% (most likely fastbreaks)
here's the tricky thing. We run an offense based on 3 pt. shooting and drives to the hole.
18 - 15 on the shot clock (22.7 3pt %)
15 - 7 on the shot clock (29.2 3pt %)
4 - 0 on the shot clock (9.1 3pt %)
the PG's job is to move the ball, especially in our motion offense. Once he swings it, and there's nothing it usually comes back to him at the top of the 3 pt. line around that :15 second of the shot clock. Levert struggles there in his shooting. He does have better 2 pt. FG% numbers at that time. But he'd likely have to dribble to his spot. When he dribbles 3-6 times he shoot 48.7% from 2.
this might be the type of shot he ends up w/ as a PG most of the time
So putting Levert as a PG might help him become a smarter shooter. But his 3 pt shot struggles when he dribbles. Which is why he shoots 3's w/ no dribbles at a (25.9 %) to tune of 38.2%.
I think Caris at PG can work, he has issues shooting off the dribble. But if anything that might sort itself out. If you think he can protect the ball it makes sense.

I don't really know. This is great for his development since he gets to be the alpha dog on the 2nd unit and he's showing that he can guard all positions. Long term, it'll be tough to keep him at PG with Dinwiddie and Russell coming back anyway. Luckily, if he can guard PGs and wings + run PNR + play off the ball effectively, his position REALLY doesn't matter. He's flashing all those skills.
I'm just waiting for him to reel off a stretch of games where we have to think about how to start him. Too bad the Monstars had to take his powers to start the season

Levert and the fro seem to be improving their chemistry. Must keep them together on the court.
I missed the first home game vs the Hawks(Thank god) but was able to catch this one and our effort looked great just like it did vs Dallas.
RHJ was out of synch early on but by the end he was back in the groove. Good to see.
I think Acy has to go down as one of the disappointing stories of this season... we definitely need an upgrade for back up PF. I hope he can find his mojo soon again.
Crabbe with a frustrating game due to foul trouble but hopefully he can take out his anger on OKC and drop 30 on them
