Hah, likewise. The remake is gonna take forever because...well because it's Square Enix. Look how long it took for Kingdom Hearts 3 to come out.

Only my 2nd chance this season to see a full game, and first time hearing RJ announce. Well, he's just fantastic-- a treasure, even. What a find.

Based on his oncourt interviews during the Kidd years, I thought RJ's voice might be distractingly nasal and high-pitched. But with the announcer sound system (which quite possibly has some custom settings to improve his voice), he sounds fine. I think that helps his personal character come through, which I find endlessly amusing, engaging and interesting. Like an old friend and a good friend.

No idea if DLo is a long-term fit here, but I liked what I saw tonight. Good effort on D and lots of great passes, which his teammates squandered a lot. But I'm not sure how he's going to be dribble-drive threat, which seems pretty important for a guard who handles the ball so much. Maybe if he could watch more tape of Nash and Curry, I dunno...

Joe Harris seems so valuable and do-everything to me. Maybe it's a bit of an optical illusion, but I could almost see his ceiling continue to grow and him being featured more.

Disappointing but not surprising. Back to back after a really tough game.

We'll bounce back.

Apropos of nothing, the bottom four teams this year have an equal shot at the number one pick. :)

This was not surprising at all... not sure why everyone thought we should win this one... on the road, second night of a back to back for a team that lacks talent and has a super young roster. that is supposed be victory because we "played the warriors tough"?

This team will not win much on the road, we may not win on the road on a back to back all year. You can blame russell or kenny or whomever but at the end of the day the knicks were at home and beat a bad team on the second of a back to back.

we fought hard til the end, just gassed and dont have a star type who can take over games.

They don't have the best track record with remakes/remasters so far. It doesn't seem like they put their A-team on these projects. They're passable, but often they f*** with the look of characters and have subpar rearrangements of the soundtracks (where the originals are all time greats) or in 12's case made it a cake walk (because they couldn't be arsed balancing the changes they made). Hopefully 7 will be different.

Well, we'll be firmly buried under .500 now for the rest of the season. Pistons, Rockets, and 76ers are all on the docket. Might steal one. Might lose all three.

I came here to see the reactions, but nobody seems to be disappointed. So is everybody finally on the tank train now?

It was a schedule loss in my books. Guys looked flat after competing vs. Warriors. Not an excuse but considering our talent level this is not unexpected.

The first unit started the game on a roll especially Russell. After the bench came in though it was downhill from there.

Hmm. Of the two obvious slackers, Crabbe usually starts the season slowly, and RHJ is working back from injury.

Didn't watch the game, read the posts.

Typical coach pointing and coach defending.... not surprised.

Turned on the Kay Show and they bashed the NETs for playing so bad vs the Knicks.

Im sorry but we're a young team 6 games into the season and no one played more than 30 minutes yesterday. No travel at all. No excuse to have no legs, to come out totally unfocused. Really pathetic performance regardless of our talent level.

I agree. There was absolutely no leadership out there but I’d say the biggest area of growth is Caris has to get up 15-16 shots regardless. Some guys looked too scared to touch the ball last night.

As long as we keep losing, I'm ok with it.

Did they mention that it was the team's 3rd game in 4 nights coming off of a back to back against two of the top teams in the league?

I wouldn't overreact to that loss tbh. We usually don't see that kind of bad energy from the team.
