I don't think that a starting job should be gifted to him but lets at least give him a chance to earn more time.

Even LeVert and Allen got -some- PT leading up to their increase in mins and role. Kurucs has at least shown that he can be productive even in limited action. You can't act like they didn't get their chances at least before then. Kurucs has been glued to the bench when no one on the roster has really played well enough to justify it.
