A big time rebound, a steal where he took the ball away from Dunn, and a knock away on the hand off (followed by the effort dive by Joe!) and then the two FTs to seal the game.

This was a BIG time game by Spencer.

I chalk that bad offensive set up to fatigue. Both him and Russell's brains fell into the toilet on two straight possessions. This team was tired from the opening tip and they kept grinding regardless.

It happens. Things will go a lot better hopefully when we have that Russell/Dinwiddie/LeVert trio in at the end of games sooner than later.

A great consolation for me (should we luck out from KD, Kawhi, etc. signings) is to win the lottery (should we fail to make the playoffs) and draft Zion.

Imagine a 5 of D’Lo/Din/CLV/Zion/Fro finishing games...

Nets are 15-18. We aren't getting Zion.

This is my favorite Nets team to watch since 2006.

So much fun to watch and play hard every night. Such a blessing after the garbage we've had to endure during the Billy King era.

I swear, the only downer right now is that LeVert isn't on the court sharing this...and not getting Zion.

Well thank the lord that LeVert will be back this season.

And we wouldn't have gotten Zion anyway lol. They're putting that boy on the Knicks. Mark my words.

Huge game by Dinwiddie tonight to get us this win. For all those hating on the Dinwiddie extension being done early, if he keeps playing on this level (past 7 games) throughout the season, we wouldn't have been able to retain him in the summer.

Great game by dinwidde... carried this team on his back when no other net had it going. refused to let us lose this game.

Harris wasnt great early but he hit 3 enormous shots. the banker to give us the lead but also hit a three two times right after the bulls went up six on two occasions

Fro with some statement dunks but really a non factor defensively. Dudley played really well with high iq. big dunk for kurucs but he needs to hit those threes.

overall a great win. i dont care if we play a high school team anytime you win second of a back to back on the road its a big deal

The narrative is changing and pundits are noticing. Just imagine the hype we'd be getting if we had those 2 games iced by the refs per L2M during the losing streak. We'd be the 7 seed and over .500. That doesn't even factor in the other games we blew on our own.

Lets be real. Last year, each of these 7 games the team has won would have been losses last year.

People need to cut this **** about Kenny being only a "developmental coach".

It goes way beyond that. I really get pissed off when people talk about how they want Kenny to be fired.
I agree. I've been a harsh critic on him. I wonder if there's a push from management or may be he just realized this team has a chance at the playoffs.

During the losing streak, the talk was "we will play Allen against the best competition". Then vs Philly he sat vs Embiid as Davis got burn.

Last night as Rodi struggled, he went to Napier.

Clearly, there has been a change dictated by playing whoever will help us win now.

Yeah possible.

The team pretty much slept walk through most of the game. Lots of shots (especially Carroll and Dudley) were either short or long to overcompensate for tired legs.

Even Rodi was late going to loose balls which rarely is the case with him.

But that's why what Spencer did was really something. He really buckled up his effort late in game. And Joe diving to the floor? The Bulls had beat us to that ball almost the entire game.

But not that time.

The Bulls play hard and is a scrappy team this is the kind of game that good teams find ways to win. How many of these kinds of games did we lose in years past?

Nets now 9-10 since Levert went down. Nets went 6-8 with Levert (or 6-7 if you dont count the game he went down in).

Great Job by Kenny to keep these guys focused and great job by Russell/Spencer for stepping up to fill his shoes

Joe Harris was so impressive in this game. He was clearly out of sync offensively but continued to attack and have short term memory. Someone alluded to this above but he hit two HUGE threes to cut the score to 3 when the offense was stagnant and the bulls were trying to pull away. The eventual game winner was also impressive as he could have easily settled for the three and no one would have blamed him. His BBIQ is just so impressive.
