It really just felt like a good team beating up on a bad team. We kinda just slept walk through this one, ran our stuff, and wore them out. Not a super fun watch but free beer and food + a W helps with anything.

Did you get to eat the buffet downstairs??? The Nets have a world class catering staff dude, when I went there last year and got to eat I stuffed myself like a pig before the game

Nah it might have been something similar though. I was in one of those corporate suites/boxes so there was like a little kitchen with fries, chicken, popcorn and burgers + a fridge full of a ton of drinks. I was so shocked I could barely focus on the game lol.

How'd you get access to the buffet?

A friend/co worker has a buddy that used to work for the Nets, so he often gets the hook up on great seats and one time the seats came with passes to the buffet downstairs.

There was nothing there but a top notch assortment of food and hot women. craziest experience I've ever had at a nets game.

There's like a basketball court down there too.

That might be the Calvin Klein Club. By the players entrance into the tunnel?

Never did I think this day would come. Never. :o

And Bondy (the chode) isn't lying...the lack of cheers for the Knicks was even audible through the TV broadcast. Usually the Nets are playing a road game at Barclays when the Knicks visit but it seemed different this time.

I got to say though, while I'm happy the Nets are gaining steam in the city, the NY media is a huge part of the problem with the Knicks and why they can never rebuild properly like we have (if you can say that we rebuilt properly, what Marks did to bring us to this point is a miracle from the basketball gods). Calling them shameful and when they are trying to rebuild is silly. The lack of attention the Nets have gotten over the years kind of was a blessing, can you imagine if the Nets had to deal with that kind of scrutiny from the media? All they do is incite the Knicks' impatient fanbase and then their FO gets pressured into doing something stupid. Meanwhile, the Sean Marks continues to operate with near surgical precision w/o any of the noise.

Whatever, the Nets are rolling and hopefully we don't get derailed without Spencer.

Yeah that's the name of it if I remember correctly.

I mean even the girl who was the elevator operator was smoking hot.

Barclays is really something else. It's a pain in the ass to get to but when you're there its a great experience.

Yeah have to say watching the game, really didn't seem like much Knicks fans there. which is crazy coz they actually led early on. I won't say the nets fans were as loud as traditional franchises fans but it's building
