I had us winning 32 games...we're at 36 wins with 13 games remaining.

yeah.... you really need to give serious props to kenny and the developmental team. I think we all could have assumed that some of the young guys would improve. maybe even 1 guy taking a big leap... but basically our entire starting lineup took an enormous leap as well as our 6th man and 2nd round pick
-Russell took a ENORMOUS leap becoming an all-star. even pro-DLo guys didnt see that
-Dinwiddie took another big leap after last years MIP type season
-Levert had a huge surge to start the year showing big improvment
-Allen in just year 2 is legit starting center and has shown alot of growth
-Joe Harris has basically become the best three point shooter in the league and a floor spacer who gets to the rim too
-Rodi looks like a 20 year vet and everything we thought Kirelenko would have been
also props to marks and kenny... everyone buys in, we have like 13 guys who deserve minutes but never complain even if they are DNP for weeks (Dudley, RHJ, napier, graham....) and eveyrone accepts their role.
its a thing of beauty.
We have 8 more wins then last year, with 13 games still left to play. That is after an 8 win increase from 2017 to last year as well.
-last year only philly improved more from the prior season then we did
-this year only Milwaukee or denver will top is in improvement over last year
things are looking WAY up
In addition to this, our center rotation is A LOT better than last year. We were rolling with Mozgov, Okafor, Zeller, Acy for a lot of the year. Jarrett was limited to 20 minutes a game basically. We've turned that into 48 minutes of Allen and Ed Davis. Tough, mistake free ball at the center position is HUGE for a young team.
I don't think even the biggest Rodi fan could've expected him to start 30+ games as a rookie and show the ability to play 3 and 4 effectively.
Yeah you can't discount having a 2nd rd pick develop into the kind of roleplayer Rodi is becoming. Steal of the draft is an understatement
This has been a fantastic season
