Why doesn’t kyrie and his lawyer file an injunction again this stupid ban. The way it’s written is pretty much unconstitutional.

Any reasonable judge would side with kyrie. Either ban all players unvaccinated and fans unvaccinated. Or not. Period.

Kyrie does not have much desire/motivation to play basketball.

he has more desire to play then anyone on the team.

he just has principals and things that matter to him besides money

Then maybe he needs to retire.

Shams, Barkley etc already said NBAPA will take huge hit after next CBA. Players will be getting a lot less and contracts won't be guaranteed. THAT'S DIRECT EEFECT OF WHAT KYRIE HAS DONE. THEY SAID LOCKOUT IS DEFINITE TOO, JUST BECAUSE HOW SEVERE CUTS GOING TO BE.

If you don't take a vaccine that saves lives it's selfish. Full stop. It's his choice and nobody can stop him but fans and his employer have every right to question your dedication if you don't make sacrifices to help your team. Every champion has had to make some sort of sacrifice to win. If winning isn't important to him then that's his choice, but to act like it is while his actions prove otherwise is absurd.

I usually don't side with the owners but the Nets and Sixers owners have a legit case as to why NBA contracts should not be fully guaranteed if the player doesnt do whatever is necessary to make themselves available to perform.

And now the Nets have both of the reasons why the players will be locked out

He hasn't been forthcoming at all about it. At this point its whatever, its too late for him to be vaccine eligible.

The latter for sure and he already admit this openly himself back in the Fall. It was all political hoopla ON KYRIE'S part, nothing to do with health.
