Marks said almost the right things but nothing but vague/fog-ish ropey dope to me, IMO.

First thing, yes he acknowledge the issues that certain forces brought on however you(Marks/Tsai/KD) enabled that! You condone it, you did nothing to put down the law. You started off strong with the no play, no on team approach but you caved. You got rewarded not with outstanding play or leadership but with lifeless, quitter clown show thank you from one of the clowns. 0/1

Second thing, no addressing the elephant in the room. That's your coaching staff. Nothing I can write hasn't been said before at nauseum... Nash does not deserve his current role and needs to be released and a team oriented coach needs to be established. 0/2

Third thing, bringing back the culture? the Culture was torn down with the arrival of Harden at its costs yet, Harden did play his ass off to MVP levels til the end. Even played on one hammy when Clown got hurt. Then you're saying about adding players to build on yet you **** traded away a very good potential rookie is Bey(YES I AM NOT LETTING IT GO!) for the sake of what? money? Shamet? **** SHAMET?!?!? whatever... other than Brown, who played his heart and ass out from limited skillset, the additions to the team weren't good enough. Who was making that call? you or the clowns? 0/3

Fourth thing, Ben Simmons.... .5/4.... if healthy, its supposed to look complimentary and also we brought back two firsts. so there's that positive.... however.... i dare not repeat what we already know.

Major fail to our Nets media... softball questions.... no one went at Marks or Nash.... **** unbelievable.

Yep. Dare him to opt out.

I'm sorry, Kyrie does not deserve a contract extension. Play next year out and if you earn it, you'll get it.

LBJ was able to handle Kyrie for couple years only, and that came with huge efforts on daily basis. We know the end result, rumor broke out Kyrie for PG13 and rest is history.

Good luck Sean, you going to need it. It's just you not helping yourself having Steve Trash occupying HC gig.

No one is going to give Kyrie full max. NO ONE PERIOD. He will have to play along now. Every decision we make has it consequences, he don't even understand how close he from being vet min try out.

I don't want to hear any crap about Durant. He is an absolute clown.

Irving is a braindead headcase. Good luck signing that guy to a 250 million dollar contract.

Simmons hasn't even played and I want him out of here.

If Houston didn't own all of our draft picks I would advocate trading Durant and telling Irving to go f*ck himself.

Kyrie and KD are in Deron Williams territory now. Possibly even worse. I haven't been this disgusted in a long, long time.

I miss the days of Kenny, DLo, Allen, Spencer, Caris and Joe. We didn't win much, but every night the team left it out on the floor and we had some fun times watching those guys grow and learn.

This sh*t? THIS SH*T? Oh no.

You couldn't PAY me to attend another game in person. Sean Marks is an inept buffoon, and Joe Tsai is just lighting his money on fire.

2nd highest payroll in the league, and we get swept right out of the playoffs. And the end result? Durant doesn't give a crap, and Kyrie is on TV rambling about managing the franchise like a deluded narcissist with zero self awareness.

Who in their right mind would want to play here after this? Good luck signing any decent veterans after what Nash did to Griffin and Aldridge. Or James Johnson, who was cut for NO F*CKING REASON BECAUSE SEAN MARKS IS A MORON.

Patty Mills, an absolute pro, probably regrets ever signing here and I bet he opts out.

This is by far the most toxic thing I've ever seen in my 20+ years of being a fan of this pathetic, limp dick franchise.

Marks doesn't have the right to call out anybody when he still has Steve Nash as his head coach. Kyrie didn't sign up for that vaccine and he had every right to refuse. It was more difficult for him to go through that situation than it was for Marks or anybody else. He was forced to make a decision.

What kind of culture are you creating when you don't hold your head coach accountable? That's the question that he needs to answer. Every Nets fan seems to agree that Nash doesn't deserve to be in this position, so why is Marks denying the obvious? He is throwing Kyrie under the bus to protect himself and his buddy Nash, and I'm sure that these comments didn't sit well with Kyrie.

Anything is possible now, Kyrie isn't gonna be apologetic about nothing and he might just decide to leave or to request a trade. He is the type of guy that could retire in the middle of his prime if he feels like it. The key question is where does that leave Durant? Marks might want to get rid of Kyrie, but KD needs him. Harden was supposed to be an insurance, but that didn't work out. If Kyrie leaves, KD will be stuck with Ben Simmons and some role players, and that's not good enough. This could be the end for Kyrie or Marks.

Memphis didn't have Ja Morant last night and yet they blew Golden State off the floor in an elimination game.

You think Steve Nash could have accomplished that feat with this team, even with Durant and Irving?

Sean Marks should be fired. Yeah, it's cool that he threw Kyrie under the bus yesterday because Kyrie had that coming, but the fact that Nash is still coach is inexcusable.

Smh its not even making sense at this point. Its like they want to use Kyrie as the fall guy. When he was available for the whole playoffs and we still go sweeped. Why dont they hold Nash accountable for none of this. This doofus really said we still learning an offense 2yrs in wtf. Udoka just got the celtics job and has a whole offensive and defensive system in place what is this moron Nash talking about. The heat have players in and out of their lineup during the PLAYOFFS!!!! their not doing excuses they expect to still win these games. Man listen I like Marks but him not putting no notice on the coaching staff is a major red flag

Tsai was the one who fired Kenny after talking to several players. -> Kyrie came out and said we don't need a coach. -> Marks after this fiasco of the season came out and threw Kyrie under the bus.

Now how it's Marks fault that Steve Trash is still here. At the end of the day it's going to be Tsai who'll make a final call right?

Mark's still didn't get contract extension or been Tsai hire. That's pretty much tells us he's on the short leash without having power to make his decision. That's without saying Tsai was the one who traded Harden to 6's. Lewis posted article detailing how Tsai had video call with Harden than went to speak with Harris. Eventually forcing Marks do the trade with Morey.

I think some have misplaced their anger after this season. If anything, we should hope Marks reclaim power and stabilize this org. KD/Kyrie and Tsai have no business managing this team, otherwise why have GM at all. GM have role just like coaches. If you keep undermining their work, sh** show like this season will keep happening.

In conclusion, fire Steve Trash and trade Syndrome creature for AD. If KD won't like it, send his ass where he wants to go and build around Ben and AD.

I wonder how teams record look like after they bowed to disgruntled star player/s?

From the top of my head i can say GM and coaches been way more successful. Pat vs LBJ/Wade, Buss/Kupchak vs Kobe will be most popular examples.
