Not sure what was going on with the defense today. Royce and Claxton had like 20 mixups on Bane. Memphis basically got whatever they wanted. Some of it was Ja + Bane being amazing but A LOT of it was just blown coverages or blatant mistakes.

Ben really doesn't look right athletically to me. There's a lot of bad in his game right now but its all magnified by ten if he's not a great athlete. Toronto was basically guarding him straight up on the perimeter and he got to the rim maybe once or twice? He used to be a one man fast break and we haven't seen that at all.

I'm not confident in guys getting more explosive mid-season. So I'm kinda worried.

This game was terrible but I liked how we competed. We easily could've gotten blown out of the water and thrown in the towel when they were scoring every single time down. The stupid mistakes + foul trouble was too much to overcome. It was still a 2 possession game with 3 minutes left.

Nash should be fired. This is dynasty team that has best player disengaged. KD was clearly frustrated.

At some point this sh** show has to be blown out, or you get a real coach. However no real coach come around KD and Kyrie right now here in BK.

I know it's only 3 games in, but I'm ready to get rid of Ben. I thought he can be lesser J.Kidd type player, he can't even hold J.Kidd's towel. Trading his ass right now is best option for both parties. He ain't build for NYC.

Dynasty? lol...

Trade Simmons + Curry + Picks for Harden. Lol it be hilarious.

Nash is the worst head coach in the league. Jacque Vaughn is worse assistant head coach.

Every game the team in unprepared and doesn't have a clue what to do. Team never has a real game plan and makes ZERO adjustments during the game. He didn't even know that rolling the ball bleeds clock but not the shot clock... WHAT THE F****?!!

Sean Marks saw Sharpe get dominated by centers in the summer league and thought he'd be fine against real players! Is he blind? Was he on vacation or did he thought he'd get fired once KD asked for him gone?? He also knows Ben NEEDS spacing to have any chance at being successful but instead was cool not getting a stretch 5.

Joe Tsai can't be happy about what is happening and if he is then this franchise is doomed. Nothing has changed from last season. This is a sinking ship with no leadership(in the front office or on the floor).

I'm pretty much done until changes are made. Will be fading the Nets vs any good team.

Bane and Ja just went off, Nash didn't make any adjustments. He should of put Sumner on Bane at least SMH. And the refs were HORRIBLE ! they called so many bogus calls especially Ben simmons last foul smh Nash should of challenged that trash call. Simmons has been racking up way too many fouls, Idk if the refs are attacking him or he doesn't have his legs under him yet but he might have more fouls than points this season lol.

You can blame the refs and coaching all you want. This team was an interesting, but failed experiment. You got close, but ultimately came up short. Accept it and move on. The window has closed. Blow it up and salvage what you can. Otherwise, a long painful rebuild is in store. Learn from your own recent history.

All this "Talent", all these acquisitions, and there are only like 3 guys worth a dam on this roster. This team was supposed to be deep but its obvious the roster isn't as good as advertised. Yes, Nash does suck and is mismanaging but I don't think this team is top tier regardless.

This is bad management right here. Both Marks and Nash needs to be fired, no way around it.

Good team on paper that being mismanaged. Time to move on, Marks failed to adjust.

I got at it with some of you guys during this couple years. Have to admit, if you incompetent, you deserve to be fired.

Marks needs to go.

For clowns that be trying to troll.

We see symptoms from last year. Nothing changed, we knew better that coaching adjustments weren't good enough. It showing now.

Year one, we had Mike and Ime sitting behind Steve Trash. This team failed to bring any competent help, that falls on Marks. Sean needs to be fired.

You can't even blame Marks. He went all in and came within 2 inches of reaching the finals. Now he's hog-tied.

What a dumb fu**

Marks could've pulled Harden trade before season begun.

Marks fired Kenny to appease KD and Kyrie.

Marks hired Steve Trash with no coaching experience. He failed to provide quality help two years in a row to speak about. Best help he got this off-season is Kokoskov who got fired after one year in PHX as a HC, rest of that trash won't even get promotion.

He failed to understand that KD don't want to be here. Jalen Brown trade was right there for him to take. That's without saying he didn't even try to see what Ben can fetch. All this telling us is that he failed as a GM.

I'm kind of ok with Kyrie now. He's hometown kid. Just don't get it twisted, if you suckered still interested, Marks should pull a plug on 2 unprotected 1st rd picks.

TJ Warren and Seth Curry aren't back yet and we know they can score. Too soon to say this.

Ben Simmons on the other hand, has to go. He is lauded as an elite defender, but elite defenders do not cost as much as Simmons and they are much more valuable on offense than him.

Simmons couldn't get it done in PHI where the team was literally tailored to his strengths.

His value will only drop from here. He is entering his prime yet regressing in almost every facet of basketball.

I don't see how any of your suggestions really moves the needle. Not to mention, much of what you claim as fact is media rumors. If you believe everything you read, you're not as smart as you think. Actually, the name calling reveals the level of your intellect.

Yikes, now that's a precarious slope. *gulp*

Could it be though, like other athletes coming back from major surgery, Ben's going through that painstaking process of testing his body little by little, before fully trusting it?

Aaand.. I'm on the fence with this one:
