The non flying aspect is kind of confusing. They said that fighters can't fly unless they can naturally do so (i.e., if you have wings), yet I see Number 18 in mid air fighting that chick from Jiren's team. The animators need to keep their story straight.

Otherwise this is pretty fun to watch, they never had a big all out brawl like this. Goku is having the time of his life in this :lol:

Zen-Oh is the avatar for the real world audience watching this craziness.

They're just jumping really high and maintaining their airspace for a few clicks...

there's something screwy with this tournament and its been obvious. so only the angels survive universe erasure?

and based off of what we've seen from Whis, we can assume that the angels are the strongest dudes outside of Zen-oh

Theory that I read online somewhere, and one that I'm kind of buying, is that the angels are all in collusion with each other for some reason, possibly to overthrow Zeno, or maybe just to get rid of all the gods and start over or something. The creepy smile on the angel from Universe 9 was just straight creepy, and the Grand Priest looks like he's enjoying this too much.

I also think Gohan needs a win...and he's always been the one who was supposed to have the most raw power out of everyone. As a Gohan fan, I'm hoping that him and Piccolo secretly got him to discover a new transformation, like a Mystic God form or something, that re-establishes him at the top of the Saiyan food chain.

I felt really bad for Universe 9 though. I know Goku is the fan favorite and all, but he just caused the erasure of an entire universe of people, all because he just wanted a good fight. Dude is the epitome of stupid and selfish.

That scene was actually the first time where I basically started to think the GoDs are going to revolt and that's the point of the saga. I know this is a cartoon, so it's not serious and I don't think much of it, but I've always been under the belief that Zeno isn't evil, it's just like a human crushing an ant: nothing you can do about it. But no, the **** dude(s) literally laughed. And Mojito, the angel, what a ***. I hope they all get crushed in the end by Zalama.

It would make sense that the angels are in cohoots about overthrowing Zeno. I think we need it as part of the story....

Now, are all of the angels in on this? i.e. Whis... does he know about the "what if" revolt? If so, is he on it? if he does know, is he against it thus "training" Goku n Vegeta into SSJ Blue n beyond?

Is this all tied together with the four immune universes? Is Geene invovled?

Oh man. I think i can buy the angels trying to overthrow Zen-oh possibly due to pretty much being watchers of Gods Of Destruction and serving now two children. If Whis is with them, I think he turns due to his newfound rapport with Goku, Vegeta, and Bulma.

Only problem is, how strong are the angels. Goku and Vegeta can't even beat Beerus and I'm not sure if they touch someone like Whis.
