This was a terrible terrible terrible loss. i dont care if it was a back to back. the bulls played like ass and begged us to blow them out. we had a 9-11 point lead several times with a chance to extend and took and awful shot or turned it over. To me, this was far and away the worst coaching job of the season. like a fire on the spot type game.

WTF are you starting harden in the 4th and playing him all 12 minutes when he clearly had weird juju tonight missing layups and such. it gave derozan 2 easy outs on switches between him and LMA were he could score easy. and, like an idiot, of course nash just decides to switch LMA on everything in the 4th despite drop working all game.

i get hardens great and all. but eveyrone has a game where nothing goes right. you can sit him in the 4th. Milsap was playing great on both ends. go with him and sit harden and let KD cook offensively. just so many god awful decisions and lack of adjustments. it makes my stomach turn.

We finally get suoer elite players but have an effing moron coach who is going to cost us 2 years of KDs prime.

I get you on the contention squandering, I'm concerned as well. I disagree that this was a terrible, terrible loss.

Last year, when our team beat the best but then lost shocker games to bottom feeders, we asked for a more consistent product. Well, this is it! We routinely win against non-contenders, and we give away the game to contenders. We're still 1st in the East, with the 3rd-best record in the league. Everyone is struggling, and we have more reason to hope for improved play down the line than they do.

If you are mad about Brooklyn running out of gas at the end of this back-to-back, just wait for our Texas Two Step. We're gonna drop one of those games, and STILL we will be ahead of most preseason projections for us, even before folks knew of HWSNBN's elective absence. We're more than fine. We have room to improve, and we'd better if we want to compete next June. But we don't need to look like a contender now for it to happen then. We just need to focus on getting better everyday; as much as I criticize Steve, he's good at instilling the work ethic for incremental improvements into a team.
Some people really have a way with words. Other people... not... have... way.

He hasn’t been practicing and unless he gets vaccinated Iam almost certain he will be traded. So no. What good is it to see him in road playoff games and ruin whatever chemistry we have at that time?

Per sources close to NetIncome (of Netsdaily) he has been practicing. He wants to play but still refuses the vaxx. In the playoffs, if someone struggles, he may have to step in on the road. I say he comes back for road games in February to build some chemistry and then we use him in the playoffs. I don't want to blow the ship this year; the Nets fan base deserves at least one damn ship. After the franchise can do whatever it pleases with the team.

Damian Lillard is pushing the Blazers to make a trade for Ben Simmons.

How about:

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yj6b742p

Kyrie to Philly

Simmons to Portland

McCollum to Brooklyn.

Works out salary wise, and Kyrie doesn't have to leave the area.

After next CBA vaccination will be mandatory, NBA contracts won't be guaranteed like in NFL, only blind can't see this coming.

I'm not worried about chemistry. these guys barealy played together last year and crushed it, and kyrie is super portable (can play on or off ball, score at all 3 levels).

I think it makes more sense to assess a trade at the deadline and if you arent getting a top 15 player back, wait until the offseason. too much can and will change. and we'd be selling as low as possible

Disagree. They beat us twice, once via blowout and the other day cleanly. They aren't pretenders and most likely ends up overtaking us by Friday if we lose to Dallas, and there's a very real chance for that because you know Luka is going to want to bring it to us. Also, LaVine and DeRozan outplayed KD and Harden in both games. If I had to say who is the better team right now, it's Chicago. Not with Irving sitting at home posting woke memes on IG, Harden struggling to regain himself, and Nash just f*cking us over every which way you can think of.

Saying that the Bulls will be in the play in tourney after what we've seen makes no sense.

Ben Simmons and Kyrie are going to be the reason why the players get locked out in July of 2024. The owners are going to want language in the next CBA to offer teams protection against these kinds of situations. Refusal to do what is necessary to honor your contract and make yourself available for work is a big problem.

i ve like 9 bulls games, so not the full sample. but that looks like a poor really flawed team to me. They beat us twice on back to backs and last night any other coach has us winning that game by 20 and sitting stars in the 4th.

Maybe they ovetake us for first in december. i see them fighting for .500 in march.

It's not going to get destroyed in court bro, you've been saying this for months and the mandate is not only being upheld, but it's going to get even stricter with the variant causing concerns. The state can absolutely tell private entities to do things, how else do you think NY and NJ were able to shut down last year? Outside of essential services/food/liquor stores people had to work from home.

When the new mandate is upheld in court, based on past legal precedent about this issue where courts have consistently ruled that public health trumps personal choice, Kyrie would be barred from practicing with the team as the mandate will now apply to private office buildings.

Also, he will now need to be fully vaccinated, and get a booster shot when eligible to play in Barclays starting December 27th, as they are going to bar anyone who hasn't received their booster from attending games.
