I'm thinking you might see a pretty big trade go down and Portland coming out of the West this year.

If I was a Heat fan I wouldn't be worried, you can clearly see that they were very rusty in the beginning, and you could see towards the end that they were getting some of their groove back, I just think this Heat team needs time to gel together. I don't think they'll win an insane amount of wins, but they'll still be 1st seed.

Honestly... I don't see them as much better than the Jazz... I think the Rockets will be solid this year though. Off the top of my head the 4-5 seed is not out of the realm of possibilities.

The Nuggets on the other hand are a team I am not sold on...

The Jazz IMO are a fringe playoff team at best.

Not sold on the Nuggets either.

The Blazers as built are probably a 2nd round playoff team, top 4 seed, but I was saying I just have this gut feeling they pull off a pretty big time trade by the deadline and storm into the playoffs, taking it down for the West.

Jazz a fringe playoff team??? No way, they win at least 55 games this year.

55 games?! Is this sarcasm? Lol. Hell no. I'll sig bet that ish...

Matter of fact we can place some type of real wager on this, say a $20 gift certificate to a restaurant of our choice?

Give certificate to a restaurant? nah.. make it something else. I'm positive that team is winning 55 games this year.

Alright, throw out some ideas.

I mean we could do concert tickets, but they would have to be reasonably priced, maybe to a small venue like Bowry, Hammerstein or even S.O.B.'s

Nice.

On my end, I'll put up my Bobby Simmons autographed trowel.

What a miserable day for basketball. 2 blowouts and one occuring to the jazz..

While 55 was a bit of a stretch since they still haven't learned how to play with each other, I'm still positive they win 50+ games and will be an elite team once they work out their problems.

Although the Jazz have looked horrible so far, I think they will be somewhat better. 45 wins sounds about right.

Jeff Green would of been perfect to make a young core with.

Harris
Morrow
Green
Favors
Lopez

6th man of the year candidate: Terrence Williams

Green - Favors - Lopez frontcourt................:drools:

 I avoid the wager because it's not really something I'm 100% positve about, so I don't want to risk me losing money. When it comes to the Jazz I could take em or leave em, but I believe you're really underrating them. There's a reason Deron is considered the best PG in the league, (Yeah I went there).

As for Green, I like him, he has an awesome name but he's a tweener, he's better suited to play PF nowadays.

I would have rather we signed Wesley Matthews to that albatross contract over Outlaw even if he's a two guard...

Ugh.

Would have loved Hakim Warrick instead as well.

Kyle Korver.

Something where we absorbed a player like Nocioni...

Ugh..

No balls, no glory! :tooth

On a side note, Chris Paul is still the best point guard in the NBA when healthy anyway, but the point I'm making is the Jazz are that bad that even Deron can only drag them to wins in the low 40's, if not high 30's by himself and on top of that, there's a good chance they'll have some injuries, Deron is actually somewhat injury prone himself, Okur is already out, Al Jeff is a walking injury and so is AK-47.

37 to 44 wins and a late lotto pick, book it.

Only reason Green doesn't play SF is because of Durant, go ask anyone on the Thunder forums. Green plays more efficiently when he plays the 3.

The dude would of been perfect here...... PERFECT!!!!!

Outlaw.... Better show me something tonight.

EDIT: LOL Jeff, I came up with something genius... Unfortunately you might be the only one to understand it.....

Morrow de habichuela....
