Haven't read this entire thread so my opinions may have already been expressed multiple times.. But as a long suffering lifelong Suns fan that has craved a Suns championship for my entire life, I am not excited by this trade. That even knowing KD is one of the best players in the league and a guy that gives the Suns a much better chance at a championship, and I apologize if this offends anyone here and to all of the KD fans still on your forum, but for me and only me, the Suns traded two of the most likeable players in the league, neither of which are super stars but both are fun, dedicated, hard working humble team first guys that continued to improve year after year for KD, who for me along with Harden and Kyrie were the least likable personalities in the league

You will love Mikal he is just such a class act and always seems to enjoy what he is doing hasn't missed a game since he started college and never as a pro in over 4 seasons, and Cam while not nearly as goofy and fun loving as Mikal is an articulate, humble and by all reports a well loved teammate, Brooklyn went from the team I used to root against to now my favorite team in the eastern conference and and possibly even my favorite team period at some point. Best of luck moving forward and i will be watching lots of nets games going forward.

bridges and cam johnsons +/- stats are insane this year. if cam hadn't missed time with the knee he'd be at the top of this list. these guys are 2 legit stud 3/d wings.

They’re not established household names like the star players we just sent away.

Plus, I’m sure most of us live on the East coast, so catching Phoenix games that start at 10pm is a tall order especially if you’re not a fan of that team. Few Nets fans probably have a good sense of the quality of Bridges and Cam. I know I don’t.

But if the statistical numbers you’ve shown translate to real on-court value we can see with our eyes, then yes, it’s a very good return and is probably about as good as you can expect given KD’s age.

I think we walked away from this better than i expected. Bridges won me over the other night. Some of the Suns fans are upset that they lost both players. I'll take that as a W

Good luck fam. As i said on your board, i wish Suns fans good fortune. I'm indifferent towards Durant.

You guys got a killer deal. Hell, if KD takes long to get healthy and Booker re-injures his groin, the Suns could end up in the lottery get lucky (for you) and you could get Victor out of it too.

And of course Chris Paul is extremely injury prone as is Warren.

You guys have way too many players. There is no way you don't make additional moves. Right?

KD should be back after ASB. He was playing god level basketball before he got hurt so you should be alright.

Watch out for him on those hard double teams though. He's very turnover prone as a primart ball handler when he gets pressured.

Good move. Durant's stock is still at 90% but on a slow decline. You sold high. Overall, there has been a lot of buzz, excitement and controversy around the Nets the last few years. All makes for great entertainment. You made out like bandits considering KD and Kyrie came in as free agents. Won't be a long slow rebuild like in previous years.

As a Suns fan I would trade you Ayton for Bridges in a heartbeat if it was legal and they made the same money

We have Claxton.

Bridges and Johnson have way more value.

Houston is the happiest team on the olanet right now. All those draft picks will be pretty good now

Only a good deal/move to people who are anti for some reason view the front office men as more the team than players.
Anywho get me OG and be the discount Celtics. Preach development, culture and team play with a core of two way 25 year olds.

Nets traded Durant because he probably expressed that interest in their meetings. Had he wanted to stay they would have went in a different direction. We now have no closer. No all star. From three to none in a year.

Houston is a disaster. They won't be swapping picks with us and we're a play in level team now.

If the team was gonna rebuild, then what was the point of that Kyrie trade??

Ughh I'm so sick.

In this case how the f is Joe still here ? Marks trading away KD and Kyrie and Joe and Ben it’s still here , like seriously wtf

Another team has to want them though.

But, there’s still time for more deals.

I fully expect us to obtain more assets. Royce, Joe, and Seth all should have value.

We won one playoff series with Durant.

This is a greater outcome. We sold high. Now we have a young team and a ton of assets
