I noticed that you blatantly ignored this, because it makes your bogus argument look completely stupid and ignorant:

Oh my **** ing god dude.

Literally last week in training camp:

https://www.netsdaily.com/2018/9/27/17911876/for-nets-dangelo-russell-remains-key-to-the-season-and-he-knows-it

The 22-year-old guard — and restricted free agent — is playing for a new, long-term deal. He doesn’t only want to control his destiny, but he wants to be led there ... wants to be coached. Just ask Kenny Atkinson, his head coach, who stopped a training camp scrimmage because of one turnover – Russell’s only one during the encounter.

”I stopped the practice and told him about it,” Atkinson recalled of the incident, which occurred Tuesday. “And then the next day I came back and I said, ‘you know what? You did a hell of a job handling the ball. And I pointed out the only turnover you made.’ His response was, ‘keep coaching me.’ That’s the kind of rapport we have.”

Atkinson even admitted to feeling a level of guilt, but Russell handled it in stride. It’s what he wants.

“I told him ‘I want that. If you want to sub me out because of a turnover, however you decide to do it, I trust it.’ But trust me, there’s no way you’re mad, more than I am, about the turnover.’”

Please stop it with this bull **** agenda of yours regarding Russell. It derails conversation time and time again, and you keep spewing falsehoods. It's trolling dude, straight up.

Stop trolling this board dude. Seriously. It's annoying as ****.

I already acknowledged he put in work this summer. Honestly it's overstated since training is the first part I'm waiting to see results before I stop criticizing him. We didn't praise Joe Harris or anyone else on the team for training why are we supposed to praise him for doing what everyone does on the team? I'm glad to see he's worked on his body liked the coaches wanted again I want to see results not pics or videos of him working out that's not enough. Continue to do it and he'll shut me up working hard on his game will have become part of his character.

Your agenda is tired and nauseating.

D'Angelo was on board and has done everything asked from him. You continue to derail all sensible discussion on this board with your vendetta against D'Angelo Russell and frankly I'm sick of it.

He wasn't even his big bro DMC alluded to it before the summer.

He just has to come in this summer and buy in, hit the weights, do what the performance team tells him to do, live in this gym like Caris did last year.”

If you don't like what I have to say don't read it but everyone should have different opinions and those opinions should be respected you don't see me coming at you for your view on LeVert.

My view on LeVert? If you want to refute some of the valid criticisms I have of LeVert's game (mainly just being inconsistent) that's fine, but you won't find many facts to back your point up with. Also, I like LeVert a lot. I'm just waiting to see if he'll make the leap this year that we're hearing about from training camp.

You however continue to spew unsubstantiated and outrageous bull **** about D'Angelo Russell that flies in the face of everything that we're seeing. Honest, informed opinions based on facts are fine. But that's not what you're expressing here.

Half baked agendas stemming from some really weird personal vendetta against a player on the team however doesn't deserve an ounce of respect. At least from me. You may find someone else on here to co sign this bull **** that you're on and that's cool, but I don't have to respect blatant dishonesty and trolling.

People besides me have said negative things about D'Angelo's work ethic etc. it's not just my "vendetta against him". When you spout your opinion about LeVert's consistency I say nothing just as I said nothing when they traded for D'Angelo I just wait to see if he's going to show and prove he's capable of being more than a bench player and I don't say that derogatory.

The lack of talent on the team has us wanting him to become a star but he might not reach that level and there's nothing wrong with that he's still a good player.

I don't have to respect blatant dishonesty and trolling.

Prohorov straight up lies to prove his point but you say nothing.

Prok did not lie. The Warriors will be shelling out a billion dollars in luxury taxes if they keep all four of their core players.

The only one harping about Russell's work ethic is you. Everyone else isn't because its clear as day he's doing what he's being asked, but you're still clinging onto two year old quotes from his days in LA as if that means jack **** right now. You keep posting the same out of context quotes and random pictures as evidence that Russell is lazy and isn't getting along with the coach when the coach just came out last week and refuted everything that you're saying. This is why I keep saying you have an agenda, brand new information keeps being presented that doesn't vibe with your point of view so you ignore it and keep rehashing the same stuff.

I would have liked to have seen better individual defense (he had 4 steals though, so its not like he wasn't active out there) and efficiency, but I do like his improved strength and assertiveness with the ball. I really want this kid to start hitting those 3 point shots, the game will open up so much for him if he does.

However...he did not look "unguardable". And based on how the putrid the Nets defense was last night, I know exactly why he appeared to be that way in camp scrimmages. This team is going to be bleeding points all year long.

Caris needs to clean up the TOs but I think the starting spot is his to lose. Really want to see him + Russell play more together. With improved shot selection, the coaching staff has to bet on both their 3pt % going up.

They had a nice stretch in the first quarter where both of them started cooking a little bit. Everyone in the 1st unit got kind thrown off rhythm after that first stint though.

Russell was actively looking to get him the ball too. Their chemistry is definitely brewing.

Being out of market with the game not being available on FoxSportsGo, I'm only seeing highlights. What I see from the highlights is the LeVert is noticeably bigger. He may be a little slower as well, but that's ok. When it comes to LeVert & DLo, I think added strength is a worthwhile trade-off even if some quickness is sacrificed.

Marks' MO is clear. He targets forward size with guard skills (LeVert, Whitehead, Musa, Kurucs). Even DLo & Dinwiddie have the height to play the wing. It's understandable, because most of the elite players in the league possess bigger size with small guy skill. Marks is hoping these long, skilled players can develop physically. I've been in favor of LeVert & DLo bulking up, because they're average to slow by PG standards, but they're plenty fast by SG/SF standards. I don't see us playing bully ball, and having these guys post up opposing PGs, so the goal has to be to have them bulk up & have a speed & skill advantage against SFs.

I believe there will be some early struggles with their new found bulk. They'll need to get used to their new playing weight, and that could result in some extra turnovers & shots being off. That'l clean up as time progresses though.

I think the one thing LeVert needs to improve now is his catch and shoot game. look at the tape from tonight on his catch and shoot threes...he looks uncomfortable doing it.

it invites the cess pool when Diop does his shtick. Besides, no one watched Detroit/ Nets and just about everyone was watching Boston Toronto last night.

We know what were seeing from caris. If he keeps doing it, they will know soon enough
