The amount of hate and loathing they exude ... you have to chuckle when they fall flat on their face. Like the bitter bride that got shafted last minute still standing there with her wilted flowers and fat dress on

Can we sign Frank Ntilikina to a minimum now that the Knicks will most likely not re-sign him?

I dont think we would have any interest after trading for Carter.

Yo Kemba was awful when we last saw him  why are the Knicks so ashy?

they got crushed by fans/media for the awful first day of free agency and cap mismanagement (they could have used cap, then gone over for rose/burks/noel).

they need some good PR. this is a PR. kemba is a loved local guy with name value fans can talk them selves into being a good thing.

worst offseason for the knicks in decades

I mean they basically committed to becoming a treadmill team. But to them, it's all good now because they got a NY guy in Kemba.

I can't wait to see how fast they turn on the poor guy when he can't meet their expectations. He did not look good at all last season.

He's 6-7 and can guard 1-3. He shoots ok from long range as well, low usage 3D wing is what we need around the big 3.

Here come the waived and buyouts. Raptors waived Aron Baynes but he is washed.

Carter can defend 1 through 3 as well.

Ntilkina is an awful three point shooter. 32% for his career. dont let the high percentage on just 40 attempts last year fool you. Carter shoots better on more attempts contested then ntilikina does on less uncontested.

Carter is flat out better.

Frank is 6'4. If we did not have Carter i would definitely advocate giving Frank a training camp invite.

I haven't watched much Knicks the past two seasons. Wasn't Ntilikina considered one of the top perimeter defenders in the league? If so, he would be a better version of Bruce Brown with slightly better D and shot. I believe he would be competing for Brown's role if he's signed. At the very least, he can be a third stringer and step up if Brown is hurt or in foul trouble.

Frank is an amazing defender. He isnt a better shooter then brown. both are poor 3point shooters who dont shoot much. Frank is a career 31% shooter from three. again dont let 45% last year fool you. that was in like 30 games with 40 attempts. he barely played or shot them.

Carter is an excellent shooter. a legit 38% guy on higher volume then frank and while maybe worse defensively, isnt far off.

Carter is the 3 & D guy... not frank

The Knicks just never bothered relisting Frank's height. In the French national team, he's listed as 198cm (6-6). This is without shoes height, so under the legacy NBA convention he would be listed at 6-7.

If LMA comes back from retirement this season I will be very pissed. He did kinda leave us high and dry at that position when he retired. When did retirement mean I’ll play next year instead

the dude had a heart condition. seriously you need to chill the F out with this kind of take. who cares where he left the nets, life/family was in jeopardy.

put things in perspective

The warriors traded eric paschall to the jazz for a 2025 top 45 proected 2nd round pick.

thats like, the equivolent of an undradted free agent. you cant get LESS in return then that. Why are they giving paschall away and why didnt anyone give more (like the nets?)

its a cap move for GSW but dude HAD to have more value. all i can think of is they did paschall a favor if he wanted ot be in utah?

real head scratcher

It's cool he had to get checked out, you can't play games with your heart. If he's doing better now, that's great and best of luck to him.

I don't know if we even have room for him here now with Claxton, DJ, and Sharpe plus Blake

He can choose anywhere. He was bought out and not traded to us. Bird rights are carried from the years of service from the previous team. Welcome to the forum!
