Who's gonna take on Ryan Anderson's contract to get Melo to Houston?

Booker for Anderson and Knicks 2018 first rounder, get it done! 8-)

What do you think is going on in Lakers land after PGeorge said chatter about him going to LA was overblown. . .

I hate the Celtics. But this is a great deal.

Not sure Baynes can play starter minutes because of how foul prone he is, but given the direction the league has gone they won't need him to...

I'm gonna say it right now, Kentavious will fire his agent after next summer.

It may just be me but I think KCP going to the Lakers is essentially a similar player they just traded away in Lou Williams. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Whatever. I trust Sean Marks decision making. If this were Billy King we're talking about I wouldn't be so trustworthy.

I believe the roster is almost set. Still missing that 5 piece and possibly adding a stretch 4, but all those additions would cause another RFA tug of war and I dunno if the Nets are still willing to play again after another unsuccessful attempt.

It may be salary dump or bust at this point. Personally if it ain't the perfect dump I wouldnt mess with it.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

Sweet Lou Williams is a better offensive player than KCP, their games aren't remotely similar imo. Lou Williams can and will torch opposing defenders. I think his TS was like 60% or something

The perfect dump must be solid yet smooth, and easily executed. Otherwise, its best for us to wait until the time is right. Forcing it will only cause strain.

Not sure if this was posted:

Trevor Booker on Gordon Hayward's decision:

“Gordon’s a guy who doesn’t really want to be the man,” Booker told the Tribune. “… I’m not sure he wanted a franchise on his shoulders. Gordon’s a great player, and one of the best players in the league. But I wasn’t really surprised at his choice. I heard the rumors.”

http://nesn.com/2017/07/gordon-haywards-ex-teammate-has-a-theory-about-why-he-bailed-on-jazz/

Booker's a down to earth no nonsense guy, so there's probably some truth to this.

I don't blame Gordo Betrayward for his move, because coming to the East when it's THIS WEAK was a no brain-er even if meant leaving a better team.

I think it actually allows all star weekend to be focused on without the thought of trades. Remember what happened with cousins last year?

How are we getting from 18 to 14?

I thought each team got 6 regular timeouts + 2 20-second timeouts (1 per half). That's 16 total, What am I missing?

I'm so psyched the NBA is streamlining the game, they're way ahead of the NFL
